We visited Ham's on 07/29/2020. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. First time here and we will never be back. Our server was barely present for the two hours that we were seated. We ordered 3 or so appetizers, and only one came out to the table in an appropriate amount of time. Twenty minutes later, the second app hit the table but the third was nowhere to be found. When we asked where the last app was, the server said that they had issues with their ticket printer in the kitchen. It would have been nice to know that BEFORE twenty minutes passed. One of our guests arrived 10 min after us, and it took the server another 10 min just to get our guest a WATER. While the restaurant was mildly busy, the host and manager kept bringing our drinks. We finally ordered entrées (an hour into our experience) from our server, and honestly, we should have just paid before then and left. Almost 45 minutes later, and still no food. Seriously?! There was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION between us and the server throughout the duration unless WE asked. I've worked in food service for almost 10 years, and have never seen or experienced anything like this. **It should be noted that within two hours, all we received were waters, beers, and TWO appetizers.**I did speak with the manager, and she took care of things. However, that does not excuse that server's actions/inactions. While I can't blame everything on the server, I can say that communication is KEY. We will not be returning customers, and I will never recommend Ham's to anyone.

First time had a great experience, had a great waiter that kept the drinks coming. Second time, horrible little girl waiter that pretty much ignored us. Had to flag down our previous waiter to get things done, girl had an attitude when handing us the bill. Good food though. Try the bison burger. And cheese fries.

Pure garbage. The was server inept. The food was less than trash and we waited for too long for the manager to do anything about our experience. The beer was cold and cheap. But ill never come back

Since the remodel I’ve been to Hams three times. Never have had a good experience. Tonight we try it again.... food has always been good. However we never got the food because our bartender couldn’t be bothered to wait on us. The bar had dirty glasses every where, her attention was every where else. We asked for a menu but she never checked back. We asked for the check and almost walked out after her not coming to get our debit card. Coach and train your staff. Also a bar this size needs two to manage. This could be a good place to go to but this is the 4th time I’ve left completely turned off!!! Not sure there will be a 5th.

The environment was great and the drinks were great except for the frozen Sangria. Had too much ice and it was hard to drink. Was supposed to be slushy. Need better bar tenders with experience on making proper drinks.

Place was packed not a seat at the bar but still was one guy serving the service was excellent the food was outstanding never had a bad sandwich there great spot to watch the national championship

Me and my good friend went to Ham's for dinner last night and we had a great time. Our waiter Jasper was awesome he kept us laughing. He was very friendly and helpful through out our evening. I will definitely recommend any of my friends and family to go to this restaurant. The food was delicious.

Not bad. It's a local sports bar and restaurant. Don't come expecting to be amazed. The wait staff is nice and courteous.

The food was good I really had no complaints came quick and hot. The service was good. Not the best place I have ever eaten. By far not the worst. I would recommend it and eat there again myself. I got the the Caribbean flat bread it was good.

I had the buffalo chicken wrap with homemade potato chips. The food was very good. The buffalo chicken could have been a little more spicy, but still very tasty. The homemade potato chips were delicious. The server was very nice and the food was served very quickly.

Server and food were awesome. Restaurant looks really nice since recent remodel. Only thing I was kind of surprised that they charge you for ranch dressing
