Loved this place. Was always the best Hardee's to grab something to eat on the way home or to work but apparently the people in there don't know how to take there time in a rush and make food properly. Got a chicken sandwich which in deed I got the sandwich but it's half cooked and also ordered a Swiss and cheese burger meal and got no fries idk but I'd say they need a team or complete staff meeting and understand what it means to serve under cooked food and why to slow down a little and pace yourself

I came to the drive thru to get an original bag. I wanted to get a jug of the strawberry lemonade. The lady at the drive thru was so rude she says I don’t have enough for a jug. If your tired of dealing with the public please find another job.
On a couple occasions I went to this location this morning I asked for a Frisco breakfast sandwich came outside looked at it meat no egg or cheese then went back in they gave me another one looked at it meat and cheese and no egg they need to replace some of the help in the kitchen area.

Order was made wrong, drove back to get it corrected. Didn't have cheese on my order. The other was a double with cheese, should've been no cheese and a single. Made the single order fresh, just said, "Put cheese" on mine, and then put it back on the rail. The whole time, my food is luke warm and fries outside getting cold. Should've made the whole order over. It's cool, won't have to worry about me anymore. I'll drive the hour back to NC hungry before I would buy a cup of water from here. Do better!!!

We went through the drive thru only waited a few minutes and the lady who took our order was super nice and very thorough. We got to the window the young lady greeted us and smiled and handed us our food. The food was fresh and hot and very delicious and I would definitely return to this location. Thanks for the great service and food it was awesome!!!

The breakfast biscuit was hard, Coke was out, and Diet Coke was all carbonation. There were no napkins out for customers. Drink areas and tables were dirty
