Bad customer service the workers acting like customers do not exist

Ordered a combo for my wife yesterday and now she has food poisoning. This was the only thing she ate and no one will answer the phone. Stay away from this place it was an obvious mistake of trying Hardee's again.

Stopped by to use a coupon I had received and when I presented it to the employee at the drive-thru window she did not know how to process its usage properly. I was told (2) different totals before she was able to (with assistance) to give me the correct total owed.
Parking: Be careful coming out of the drive-thru area!!! ????

Waited ten minutes which wasn't bad if I'm getting hot fresh food but the fries came out cold and the burger was made with two top buns no bottom bun. My son's chicken tenders were dry, old, and looked more like nuggets. The only good thing about this was the cashier was very friendly and nice. Just do better Hardee's in what you serving people.
