While at the window, I observed that employees were not wearing gloves or using any form of protection while handling customers’ food. In particular, I witnessed a young man scratching the inside of his nose and then immediately placing food into bags for customers without washing his hands, using hand sanitizer, or wearing gloves.

Slow 🐌 10 mins past pick up time, which is the time its supposed to be ready. They didn't start until I had been here for some time and I am still here waiting for a DoorDash order. Only one other person in the store when I got here. Its independently operated by Boddie Noell so I will be leaving a review for that LLC as well

This is my wife's favorite place, not really my cup of tea. But she loves their ham and cheese sandwiches. She gets the biggie bag for like 5 or 6 dollars. The fries normally suck but this time they weren't perfect but there were improvements.

It would have been a really good visit if they would have just listened to my order or even called it back out to me considering they didn't have it on the screen for me to check it. I tried telling the girl that it was supposed to be another drink but she kept on moving. Maybe she didn't hear me. Not sure. But I went inside to add the hash browns on the order because she didn't add it on and stood there for ten minutes waiting to even be acknowledged. Three women and the drive thru lady all looked at me standing there and said NOTHING!! This is simple but can be fixed. Customer service can be a beast sometimes but in this atmosphere, it should be rectified!! Do better women, we are the standard.
