All the food was cold or at least room temperature. Not all but just about all the food seemed to be pretty old like not even able to eat it I literally spit out a few things. Besides the food being cold and old the restaurant itself was very dirty. The ppl seemed nice altho I didn't interact with anyone e outside of getting seated and paying on my way out. The best thing about this buffet was the fruit all 3 options they had. I will not be returning here ever again I feel like I'm getting sick after eating what little I did eat.

I will not recommend this place to anyone I know, the health department should be making a visit here soon. Staff has gone down hill, not alot of food out, and it cold under heat don't understand that one but anyways it wasn't that great at all. Everything in that place needed a thorough cleaning I mean everything. You couldn't even see out the windows, the glass inside on panels were dirty, tables could have been better, napkins holders were a mess etc....too much to list ! Really poor service from my point of view and it wasn't even worth the $53 I spent there for 4 of us, not happy. Won't be going back to that place ! Ya'll have a great day to whoever reads this.

Only fans was stirring the humid air around so stuffy. Food was nothing to brag about they even had the cheap cookies still in the plastic they come in sitting out for a "dessert ". The place felt uncomfortable in general. Waitress didnt refill drink and was sitting at a table on her phone texting. I didn't like it the first time it was late figured that's why the broccoli tasted like metal... nope it just isn't good even after a second visit.

Went because I really wanted Chinese buffet and my regular place still isn't offering one. It was ok. Fulfilled my craving, but didn't have crunchy green beans.

??⚠️NOW YALL KNOW BETTER..??‍♀️ I’m convinced y’all eat anything. I went here last-night and the food was DISGUSTING. I tried the soup.. HORRIBLE! She charged me full price because I made 1 plate and didn’t eat it. I mean everything on the bar look dried out.. I read the reviews and went off that.. never ever again. Y’all never had good Chinese food.. obviouslyBUT HIBACHI IN GREENSBORO NC IS GREAT‼️

This place was very clean, customer service was Awesome. The food was very good. Different types of food on the buffet, shrimp, sweet sour chicken, and much more. Even had pizza and more. I highly recommend this resturant. You won't be disappointed

Okay, its a Chinese buffet. For the record buffets are no more dangerous for picking up COVID than any other indoor dining experience. So calibrate your willingness to risk accordingly. And I love Chinese buffets. Hibachi Grill here offers the usual amazing value of a wide variety of dishes for a comparatively low price. I normally go during lunch, which even with generous tipping is extremely affordable. The star of the experience is the Mongolian Grill style arrangement they offer, a selection of meats and vegetables with rice or noodles that will be cooked up in your choice of sauces in front of your eyes. I would advise making that the centerpiece of a visit, but they have all the usual standards of Chinese-American cooking ready on the buffet lines. They also have some American style offerings like pizza, ribs, fries, fried fish, chicken nuggets, etc. Useful if you have children who would turn up their noses at lo mein. Otherwise though I'd steer clear of them because there are better places for BBQ and fried chicken and pizza. I'm here for Hot and Sour Soup and General Tso's Chicken and the Mongolian grill arrangements and the like and I'm never disappointed on that score. There's also a decent dessert set of offerings on a full buffet table of various bite-sized cakes, almond cookies, fruits, puddings, and even ice cream. I'd recommend the Chinese donuts though, freshly fried bits of dough powdered down with sugar- sometimes simplicity is the best.Anyway, looking forward to coming back here soon.

The food was cold and didn't have a good selection at all. The customer service was good though. My chicken was so hard you could barely chew. The fried rice was still hard . I was mad I even wasted my money but I had already paid. Only thing I ate was the pepper shrimp !! I went about 7p they didn't closed until 10:30p so ut was no reason the food shouldn't gave been fresher than that

Half of the buffet tables were completely empty. Out of the half with food choices still on offer, another quarter were left without refilling by restaurant staff. Despite being February, the AC was cranked up past blizzard setting. The older members of our party were particularly uncomfortable (*as we all were to some degree). Generally unkempt premises in desperate need of a good cleaning. Poor attitudes from employees who spent a great part of our meal actively engaged in ignoring the small smattering of customers on hand. Thoroughly disappointing.

Went on a busy Saturday because they weren't too busy. Buffet was there but a little light..2 buffets were off and empty. Got raw bar and got them to cook. This place used to be alot better. Service was good but it's a buffet. Drinks never went empty. Might go back one day

Years ago i remember when hibachi thrived but now it’s gone down bad. The dishes left me disappointed and some of the the buffets were closed along with some of the food that was put out was cold. We weren’t able to finish our food with how over cooked and greasy most of our food was. Our cups were extremely dirty and sticky. I hope that they will soon regain the once enjoyable food and bright atmosphere.

Food was cold, had been sitting to long, and overpriced. Went as a party of three and none of us made it through our second plate. Ended up playing toilet roulette for the remainder of the night into the early morning.

All the food was cold. Steam rising, glass protectors fogged over, yet it was all room temperature or better. They said they gave a military discount, yet they wouldnt provide proof on a receipt. No worry, I will not be going back.

Just ate here and the food was aweful. Barely any food in the very few selections they had and it was all cold. Some of the items was completely inedible. Im not picky , i can eat McDonald's or burgerking for dinner but this stuff was disgusting. We left our plates full, paid our tab and left.
