Went there today. Got there at 11:36. Slightly busy but, not crowded. Server came by about 5 minutes after we were sat (party of 2). We gave our drink orders & food orders all at the same time (11:41). Server never came around to ask if I needed a refill on my coffee. Finally saw her & asked for a carafe of coffee. Food finally came out at 12:46; an HOUR after ordering. In that hour & 10 mins. we were there, we only saw our server twice. On my way to the bathroom (twice) she was sitting on the bench by the bathroom playing on her phone. Also, speaking of the bathroom, I'm disabled & the lock is broken in the handicapped stall. Both times I had to have my wife come to the bathroom with me to get me off of the regular stall toilet because there were no hand rails to lift myself with. The food while hot, was bland. Sausage links were dry & burnt. Bacon was black. Toast was overly toasted. Way over priced. $37.00 (plus tip) for 2 people is insane. Mom was right. We have food at home. Better service at home too.

So I went to Ihop Danville 2 weeks in a row and both times my food was all wrong. I eat the same thing every time I go. The bacon temptation omelet with pancakes and a side order steak tips well done. I dont know what happened bc they use to be good. The first week I sent it back and they remade it it looked better still not the best and it tasted like it look. The very next week I went the exact same issue so I left it on the table and walked out and drove a hour to Dennys bc I was upset. The following week I just went to a different Ihop all together. Danville need to get it together

Look @ this Turkey sandwich.
Taste good, except fresh turkey meat tasted old.
The 🥑 was forgotten.
However more IMPORTANTLY!
Waitresses over friendly?😁
After a few good minutes, I approach her near the kitchen, to nicely remind her of 🥑,
While she was eating herself , waiting to notice me,
LET ME TELL YA,
she eating off the plate 🍽️ of the next customer order, YES!
Strawberry 🍓 s at that whole licking her fingers!
When she noticed that I noticed with my mouth wide open in OH MY GOD,
HER QUESTION WAS CAN I HELP YOU BABY?
My sweet temperament turned to more or less firm temperament,
I said yeah looking for the avocado the sandwich cost $15.
She said oh I'm sorry baby I'll bring you some.
So I watched to make sure she didn't dip her finger in it.
Now by all means I was with another party at the time,
And of course they didn't want me to say nothing,
Because of what they thought would be a scene.
So I'm starting here but I'm not done with this.
As I watched her deliver the elderly couples plate that she ate off of,
I attempted to go to the table and tell them .
Whats yaw take on it?
Also know of another place that does this all the time!
No worries I technically don't eat at this other place.

The service was excellent. Our waiter humorous and witty while at the same time fast and proficient. He kept our drinks topped off nicely. The reason I gave the three-star is the price. Over $80 for three people. That's a bit ridiculous. 4.59 for hashbrowns. It's a little patty of potato. Nothing overly special yet they charge 4.59. that's just one example I'm giving off of a menu loaded with ridiculous prices. The restaurant is very nice and there service is very great. The food is pretty good but it's not five-star dining and shouldn't be nearly this expensive.

The food and staff are great! It’s clean and inviting. My issue is that even though the egg shortage has been over for quite a while you are still charging an extra fee to eat eggs. I will not be back with these kind of deceptive practices in a time when customers are struggling to even eat out. Bad form!!
