On Sunday, July 20, 2025, I visited the KFC on Pineyforest Rd. I was trying to order online and when I asked for help the cashier, Karmella Smith and the manager on duty Kaylee Sue, were wonderful, they were so kind, with big smiles and very professional. My experience was wonderful and I was well pleased with how they helped me with my orders. Thank you KFC for wonderful employees.

I wanted to try these strawberry and cream paupers=. I've seen them advertise and the sign looked delicious when I got home. It was in a separate bag full of grease. The packaging was full of grease. They were soaked and sobbed in Greece. You could tell they had been sitting in the grease PAN for hours. I took pictures. You can tell all they did. Was microwave them and they were soggy, mushi ugly and full of old grease tasting? It was terrible. I would never go back to the one on memorial. Drive, do a signal, I have pictures.

What a nice surprise... Arrived at around or a little after 10:30pm.., close to closing time ...The chicken was good and hot and the customer service was wonderful Duffy and Naija were really nice and pleasant... And I know they had both probably had long days being that it's mother's Day Eve.... So I just wanted to know that they are appreciated...

Tried giving this location another shot. The only good thing was the service... male drive thru cashier named Duffy. He tried to make our large order as precise as possible, making sure each item was exactly how we ordered it. He was friendly, well mannered and accommodating. Was pleasantly surprised because that is rare these days...unfortunately when we got home the chicken itself was overcooked and awful. Might have been a bad night. I will give the store the benefit of the doubt only because the service was outstanding...if it wasn't for that I would have called it a permanent quits at this location

Tried the new dunk it bucket .. asked for gravy, ranch and comeback sauce , only got 2 gravy’s nothing else . Had a question about one of the drinks on the menu , lady at the speaker had an attitude . Potato crispers were cold and terrible , chicken tenders tiny as hell. this KFC sucks.

Three words..... Chicken Pot Pie If you haven't tried it, I recommend you get you one. The flakey crust goes perfectly with the filling.

This Kfc at one time was great. I don't know what happen new management or what but service is awful. Anytime you order there out of it you order extra crispy they only have original order original they only have extra crispy order a leg they only have thighs. I'm starting to think they just don't want to cook it. They will never and I mean never get another dime from me.
