Tried the new dunk it bucket .. asked for gravy, ranch and comeback sauce , only got 2 gravy’s nothing else . Had a question about one of the drinks on the menu , lady at the speaker had an attitude . Potato crispers were cold and terrible , chicken tenders tiny as hell. this KFC sucks.

This Kfc at one time was great. I don't know what happen new management or what but service is awful. Anytime you order there out of it you order extra crispy they only have original order original they only have extra crispy order a leg they only have thighs. I'm starting to think they just don't want to cook it. They will never and I mean never get another dime from me.

Stopped in at KFC on Piney Forest Rd in Danville Va tonight for their hot delicious fried chicken liver dinner box with mashed potatoes and gravy, best cold slaw in town and that soft buttery biscuit. Greeted with a smile, service was prompt and food was hot and fantastic. Thanks KFC TEAM, good job.
I made an online order tonight at the kfc on piney forest road in Danville VA. My son went and picked up our order. I was appalled at the meals we received! They shorted us a drink, the tea tasted like the tea urn hadn’t been cleaned out in a week, my sons chicken sandwich had a spot of mayo the size of a quarter on it and didn’t have any pickles, my husbands thighs and legs were dry and hard, I got honey mustard instead of bbq sauce, and my chicken tender had a hair cooked into the breading! We live 25 minutes from town so it wasn’t like I could make a quick trip back to the restaurant. I will not be back to that restaurant ever! I paid $36 plus gas for a crap meal!

I just went to the Piney Forest in Danville. My order was mixed up. I had to go back to the restaurant. 2 managers acted like they couldn't get it together. One, a male didn't know how to take an order. My biscuit was cold and hard. I wish I had my receipt. I paid $10.14 for 6 livers and my ticket said Large. The guy asked me did I want large or small. The women told me when I came back the meal was one size. You get 6-8 livers. This shift was jacked up today.

Well I hate to do this, but something has to be said. I have been eating at KFC since the 1970s, and this KFC has to be one of the worst KFC's I have ever been to. 1. I placed my order online (KFC app) . I went to the restaurant drive-thru to pick up my order, and they told me that my order is not ready and I will have to come inside. So, I park and walk in and there is my order sitting on the counter. 2. I ordered the extra crispy chicken, but the chicken was not extra crispy it was extra greasy. The chicken was rubbery, and not crispy at all. You can tell they haven't changed the cooking oil in months! 3. The mashed potatoes had too much salt. The serving size was so small you only get about 4 teaspoons out of the small size of mashed potatoes. 4. The biscuits were dry, stale, and cold. 5. They didn't give me any napkins, forks, or spons, or any butter, or honey for my biscuits.Normally I go to restaurants when they are busy because there is a 99.9% chance your food will be fresh because it's not sitting around under a heat lamp all day. Usually when a restaurant is busy the food keeps moving, so the food is usually fresh. Not in this case. I will never eat at KFC again. They just lost a long time customer. Soon my generation (X) will die off, and the new generation will take over, and maybe one day someone will read this review, and wonder what KFC was like back in the 1970s.

Used online ordering! Supposed to be faster! Not! Waited 45 min past pu time to get food! But, food was fresh, and have no complaints on quality of food! Just plan ahead! Was not busy! Plenty of parking! Atleast they care enough to send out good food!
