Very poor customer service at this location. I will go to another city before I ever come back to this location. My order was not correct. I ordered 3 of the new mt dew, store was out of stock. Lady with an attitude said she had no way of refunding this since they were out of stick. But was insisting on refunding the whole order without ringing my order up without the stuff they we r e out of....thought she couldn't do this, or at least that is what she was raising her voice about. Makes no sense, if the product is out of stock shoulder the store be able to put that info in so nobody can order something they don't have. Common sense says this would be a way to not have this problem from ever occurring, duh. Workers are very very rude at this store, I feel like I was pucked on because I was white, nobody else got treated this way. I guess there is racist employees working here..I absolutely love little ceasers and defend it all the way for being great for the price, but this has me not wanting to do this anymore. This location is HORRIBLE, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYMONE EVER!! GOOD LUCK!! For future customers don't order anything without the understanding that if it's out of stock. They say they can't and won't help you fix it, idk pretty sure distract manager could help if the workers were actually willing to try and comply. Simple solution that would have avoided this whole bad experience....if you don't have an item available then don't make it available online to order. Make it out of stock, this is something that every place that uses online ordering does when they don't have item available. Common sense, this option has to be available if they were willing to do actually do their job and help a customer out!!!

Made a mistake on the online order, tried for 40 minutes to get someone at the store to try and correct my mistake. No luck there. Otherwise food was good. Just disappointed in the lack of ability to contact anyone.

I just got into my car and opened at my pizza box to see the most gorgeous Pizza I have ever seen in a very very long time! When I say this thing was perfect I mean every detail. She did not get anything wrong. Only right. What I said she put on that pizza and I mean she put it down with love because this is exactly what my pizza and every pizza I've ever ordered should look like. So thank you Melvina K.! You make a damn good pizza and thank you for not being shy with it. I can't wait to get home and enjoy this masterpiece. My mom is even going to flip when she sees this thing. Thank you thank you thank you thank you!

This place looks really bad all 3 menu screens don't work. Lots of broken and missing tiles on wall windows are filthy and Pepsi cooler is just about empty. The owner needs to get busy on fixing this place.

Any other time I come to Little Caesar’s to pick up my order the staff is great. But last night was bizarre, I placed an order for pickup online since I saw on their website they were opened until 11pm I waited and refresh the webpage just to see it stayed on “Got It!” My order pickup time was 9:19-9:24pm at 9:45pm I went to the restaurant thinking maybe they’re was a issue with their system just to get there and see not only are they closed but they had a sign on the door that said “CLOSED TILL OVENS ARE FIXED” now I’m upset as well as other customers who were there as well. Because why show the restaurant open online knowing they aren’t open due to issues with their ovens. That makes no sense if anything online you should have put the restaurant as closed now you have customers such as myself needing a refund.
