I've given this location more than enough chances and after today, I'm 100% done with ever coming back to this location again. Won't see another order or dollar from me again. The staff here you can tell doesn't care about the customers or the food quality. There's no acknowledgement from anyone. Today, part of my order I received 3 stuffed crazy bread and they were all burnt and one of them was one quarter the size it should be, with barely any cheese in them. Then I came inside to get them replaced amd it seemed she didn't want to do it. Was told to wait 10 minutes then I received them amd it was only 2 of them and not the 3 there should be and again they were not cooked correctly. I've been to lots of Little Caesars franchise locations and this one is pure trash! Sad thing is, the other location at 1287 Piney Forrest Rd in Danville isn't any better. ??

Waited for 10 minutes before anyone even noticed us at the window to order, waited for another 5 when when we went back to pick up our order. Most of the employees are rude and disrespectful, and last time we went they were out of ingredients.

Pizza and wings are good but the people working here are terible. They are always rude to me every time I go there. At least the dude that would ask for tips was polite the current staff are ignorant and rude to anyone that looks at them. last time I came by I went through the drive through and there is still a piece of paper saying pull up to the window. I pull up and the young girl is looking at me like I'm some idiot and asks me what do I want goes back and forth with the manager. She comes back and gets the money but never says anything else so I'm just sitting there at the drive through for about 15 min before the manager comes back and hands me the food.
We eat here every other few days or weeks. Pretty tasty. The issue is some of the employees attitude. Their intercom doesn't function, so everyone has to order from the main window. No problem. Tonight we ordered, received the pizza and then I decided to ask for napkins. We asked for napkins and received a slammed window. There was no "Welcome to Little Caesars, what can I get for you?" There was no, "Thank you, have a nice night." So, we drove off. I'm not going to type her name. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Everyone has bad days, but we didn't do anything wrong. I hope she has a better night tomorrow.

This store sucks, the employees are terrible and don’t want to do there job and rude because they don’t want to do their job, i pulled up to the window the pan just stared at us rude and didn’t say a word then said they are out of cheese bread and cheese crust , he just didn’t want to do his job and everytime I have come here it’s bad service .

0 stars for everything about this store, my last 3 orders have all been cancelled with no notice to me whatsoever so I’m left wondering where my food is, eventually finding out it was cancelled because of lack of ingredients, how a pizza place has no ingredients to make a pizza and is somehow in business is beyond me, (these orders were weeks apart so it’s not like they just had a late delivery one week) and at the very least they could offer to make a different product that they have ingredients for since a lot of things are the same price but no communication or customer service whatsoever, on my most recent order I tried to call them 4 times prior to ordering to confirm if they would be able to make a pizza tonight and surprise surprise no answer, I will never be ordering from here again and I urge everyone else to do the same, clearly they have no business being in operation.
