This is a very old, somewhat rundown, restaurant staffed with employees that aren't really dedicated to customer service. However, the food was just the way I remembered it from years ago. Crispy Fish, Great Chicken 'Planks', and Crunchy Hushpuppies. Even the bottles of Malt Vinegar looked as though they had been there since the beginning! 1 employee was friendly, courteous, and polite, her name was Jayla. Thank you, Jayla for your kindness. I would think the next time we visit Caesars Palace in VA, we may pick up lunch but take it back to the hotel.

Took 20 minutes to get food with one person in front of us. Got about four fries on one plate and 8 on the other. When I asked about it they just stared at me. Never got the 3 shrimp that came with my meal and after waiting and eating I just left without them. The food we did get was hot but we wont be back.

I really try not to do bad reviews but if ppl just stopped going instead of doing reviews it would never get better! I got a fish chicken and shrimp box with waffle fries and Cole slaw. The meal was hot but that’s about the best thing I can say. The waffle fries were so dehydrated from sitting under the lights they were like potato chips. The shrimp was all breading and no shrimp!! And I know without a doubt the chicken was lab grown and not real chicken!! The fish was the best thing but still heavily breaded!! For $15 I guess my expectations were too high!! It makes me realize why I do not hardly ever eat fast food!!!

Make sure you always check your bags before you leave the drive thru. Even if there are cars behind you. I ordered fish and shrimp with fries and slaw. They did not give me my shrimp and I got corn instead of slaw. People working the drive thru need to verify orders before handing them out the window.
I live out in the county so there was no way I was driving back into town either. Lesson learned is all I can say.

I eat here at least once a week well today they forgot my vinegar and anybody that knows me knows I can't eat my fish without vinegar. I called over there to tell them about it and the manager what kind enough to bring me the vinegar across the street to where I work her name was Christy it made my day.!.
