To Whom It May Concern, I’m writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the food I received from your location tonight. Not only did the food look and smell old clearly not fresh but when I opened my bag, I also found a hair on my fries. That is beyond unacceptable. This was supposed to be my dinner after a long day, and with work tomorrow, the last thing I expected was to deal with this. I don’t usually complain, but this experience absolutely needs to be addressed. The food was unappetizing, poorly handled, and left me without a proper meal. I plan to bring the food back tomorrow, but I already know how it’s likely to go: a quick apology and an offer to remake it. Honestly, that’s just not enough. It’s sad that customers have to deal with old food and poor hygiene standards, especially from a brand as well-known as McDonald’s. I sincerely hope this complaint is taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure this doesn’t happen again to me or anyone else.

This location on riverside does not seem like a friendly environment, every time I go in there the online order is either not ready or the food is just burnt and dry. Sometimes they can’t find your order. Some of the staff can come off rude.

Placed a mobile order and waited in the drive thru for 37 minutes. I couldn’t get out of line because I was blocked in but the people had attitudes and then, they tried giving me different food. I told them that wasn’t my order. Get mine and in the order you’ll see the chicken was burnt/over cooked, disgusting and the bun was tough.

Haven't had mcnuggets in a long time, decided to order via mobile. They didn't give me any of my requested sauces. Had to go back inside to ask for sauce and they told me they ran out. Why didn't you say that when I was at the drive thru. Service is horrible.

This place is horrible. When you come to the third shift, the manager and everybody outside smoking not doing their job nasty attitude. I don't know why they keep this store open and third shift
I have had so many horrible experiences with this McDonald’s in particular. The staff is rude and incompetent. Half of the time my order was wrong, and the other half of the time I just did not receive my order that I paid for. Ballou Park McDonalds is better, and that’s saying something.
