I will never eat here again. If I could rate it a zero, I would. Every time I come here at 2 or 3 am in the morning nobody ever answers the drive thru. Someone needs to get better management for this shift because they’re doing a terrible job.

Im mainly giving it a four(not because of them supporting Israel) but the food is sometimes reheated with like a microwave or something. Or that's what it feels like.
Bad food quality. Poor customer service. Horrible wait times. Can't get orders right and when they do it might be over

Came to order at the night & the lady said she couldn’t make my apple pies fresh . The white big manager was rude at the window when I asked for sauce and she said it was in the bag which was weird cause they never asked what sauce I wanted at the speaker . I asked the white manager what sauce did she put in the bag and she said she didn’t know ends up there was never any sauce to begin with except the sauce I had asked for . The black manager with the puffy hair came to the window being nosey with a stank face for no reason when she should have been minding her business . Long story short , I got over charged plus got fries with no salt which I know they did on purpose . I hope this place does better forreal cause management out the roof !

We work nights and stop by about once a week with no issues. Tonight however, we went thru at about 315am. Immediately we're told, cash only ?, then we are told we cant get the buy 1 get 1 because it doesnt ring up that way?. We pay for the food and the cashier had to walk away to go make change.?Finally we are given our food, NO RECEIPT, ?....after all said and done. The food was stale and cold like it was taken out of the trash. Whoever working at the time was clearly stealing. And to top it off, there were people in plain clothes hanging out in the lobby clearly seen as we drove off just hanging out. I hope management or corporate sees this.
