The girl working at 8:31 pm today on the drive thru first window couldn’t have any more of a horrendous attitude, she decided to read her book instead of help us in the drive thru. She doesn’t need to be working at this location especially being distracted by her book.

This place was horrible. We waited 8 minutes in the drive thru for the guy to finish his cigarette, then waited another 6 minutes for our food and there was Noone infront of us. And the fries were cold

I ordered a Como frappe on the mobile app then I go inside and order another caramel frappe on the machine inside the building where I get the one I ordered inside the building within a minute then two guys come in and order one. I’m order the frappe he gets his frappe. I still haven’t got the one I ordered on the mobile order yet. finally about 20 minutes after I got there I ordered it about eight minutes before I got there still waiting on the mobile order frappe. West main st “ballou park” McDonald’s has the worst service ever

Restaurant was dirty, they had no clean trays to eat your food in. Tables and floors weren't clean. No napkins or ketchup or drink station accessible. Had to ask for everything behind their counter. Very slow.

Ordered my daughter a 6 piece kids meal received 2 beef patties in a 6 piece box then I waited near 30 min for my qaurter pounder and it was raw in the middle .now mind you I placed my order thru the app and came the drive thru for picnics overall about 45 min of poor service riverside or south Boston rd but not this location
This has to be the worst McDonald’s on the city. Managers continually lock the doors preventing customers from entering or leaving. I understand getting busy but locking customers in or out isn’t the answer. I have also witnessed management get into many verbal altercations with customers who were angry at the lack of service. I have also personally been talked down towards just for asking for extra dipping sauce for my child’s nuggets. My youngest son is disabled and for some reason loves McDonald’s chicken nuggets. I always get him a 20 piece which only comes with 3 sauces. So I ask for more and get my head bitten off. No one should have to stand in line waiting for someone to come to the front cash register or waiting for food for 30 plus minutes for so called fast food nor be disrespected and locked in the facility. This is a huge fire hazard and I am pretty sure against the law. Considering the new casino is right down the road; you would think McDonald’s would want the business but clearly this location does not! Food is very inconsistent. Nuggets are either burnt or undercooked. Burgers are either red or extremely dry. Fries the majority of the time are undercooked and look like flimsy wet noodles. Kiosk in this location are hit and miss on if they even work and you never get a printout receipt anymore. I don’t understand how this location even passes inspection because it’s always filthy.
Parking: Don’t get me wrong. There is a parking lot but it’s not big enough to accommodate the number of people that frequent this location.

Don't waste your time or money. Orders are never right and burgers are always burnt, and stale buns. The place actually was OK for a month or so, but it went right back to crap. When you're food isn't right you can't even call because they don't answer. I'm disabled and I have to get people to pick up my food. So I don't get to eat when they sell inedible food. I go hungry because of them. They gave me extra cheese and no onions.
