I hate to drive all the way to it because it's so far but they hands down have the best Frappé's in the area and their line moves fast unlike the others in the city.

I ordered a fish filet sandwich. It had a dab of tartar sauce on it no bigger than a quarter and that was mashed flat. I guess before that it was the size of a nickel. The picture on the menu has it dripping off the sides of the bun. This is ridiculous. Doesn't anyone care anymore? I said I wasn't going there anymore after the last time I went through the drive thru but I did. No more. It's Hardee's from now on.

Went through the drive thru about 1:10 on Oct 5th, they were out of sweet tea, the girl running the drive through was less than polite, had to repete the order twice, and they still left out a fri we didn't realize this until we had pulled off, tried to call several times and noone answers - I would definitely say go elsewhere!!

I ordered a mcflurry, a pumpkin spice latte and a cheeseburger today. The mcflurries now come in a small, scalloped paper cup that are very flimsy. Not only was it a mess when the unfriendly girl at the window handed it to me, but she was holding it at the bottom which is the only firm location to hold it, so I had to grab it near the top which is such flimsy paper, it squeezes even more icecream out of the scalloped dips. I have no idea why they went to smaller, flimsy, scalloped cups, but it was a terrible idea. The girl at the ordering window, was newer and did her best. She didn't catch my order a couple times because she was dealing with a customer paying at her window, but she did apologize and was friendly, so I didn't mind. She didn't offer me a receipt though, which I would have liked. The pumpkin spice latte I got had no flavoring in it so it was just a hot milk and coffee drink. Very disappointing visit today.

The only issue with today's visit was the major vlean up going on. The floors were wet and slippery. Everything else was wonderful. The staff were extremely nice and helpful.

I have gone here multiple times and have not left without being shorted once. Emailed them and got back with me three days later telling me to pick the item up. This literally happens every visit, like whole meals are missing. Has to be bad management to be consistently bad.
