Drove by this location on a long travel. There was a stranger feeding a homeless and the associate was friendly during the transaction. That was good to see. There was a big spill of ice and water on the floor. An associate walked pass that area few times without putting a spill cone or putting even a paper towel on it. 10 mins later a dude came by to clean it up. Thats enough time for a person to slip and fall. Their whole milk ran out so i couldnt get hot latte. Otherwise the food that i got was in good standards.

Worst McDonald’s yet!! I ordered a large frappe and only half my cup was full the rest was whip cream. Absolutely disgusting flavor!!!! Ordered a Chicken McGriddle and got a crispy chicken sandwich!!! Do better

Drive thru was extremely slow overall, with the young lady at the payment window taking way too long to complete transactions and return change. The food was sub-par, even for McDonald's. I ordered the 2-cheeseburger combo with extra pickle. One burger had only 1 pickle and the other burger only had 2 pickles. No plans to stop there on the future.

I suppose since Starbucks may or may not be opening just down the road, there’s no real reason to get the coffee drinks right. Forget getting a sugar free latte because you’ll get everything but. Then the machine is broke or being cleaned. That’s for after closing hours, not when people want order something. I mean, why not clean the deep fryer during peak lunch and dinner hours?

On this day I was eating inside and left my purse. When I called they said they would hold it for me and when I returned to pick it up everything was still in there. I was so glad we still have young people working who are honest and respect others stuff. Thank you so much.

I went to Mcdonalds as I always do a mobile order. I had ordered some of the specialty coffees. Brittany served me my items at the drive thru window. She made my drinks as well. She greeted me with a smile and was seemed happy to be working. My drinks were so delicious because sometimes they aren't the best. Brittany should make all specialty drinks! She knows her stuff!

So me and my husband pulled an all nighter, its 5:26am when I made my mobile order to pick up, they didnt have a manager on shift and the cashier said she'd put my name down for the manager to call me. Fast forward 2pm and I havent heard anything, I know its a busy restaurant during the day so I just came up here. He gave us a replacement for our drinks, a mcdouble cheese burger for both of us, the only good thing about the entire thing was the burger, he said he was waiting for fresh fries then our order would be out. Our fries were so cold and on the verge of being stale. My husband ordered snack wraps, as he obsessed with them now, he ordered four, two spicy and two ranch for us. The spicy sauce they use didnt taste right like as almost it was watered down or something. The ranch on the ranch wraps tasted like it was on the verge of going out.
Everyone has been to a McDonald's at one time or another so food and service depending on location is different. My experience was good food was fresh and hot. Service was friendly but the wait time for order was a little long no big deal.

I hate to drive all the way to it because it's so far but they hands down have the best Frappé's in the area and their line moves fast unlike the others in the city.
