It's difficult to be disappointed by a simple mall pretzel, yet here we are. Most of the time, this location is out of pretzels, and they ask if you'll wait 30 minutes for a new batch. I do not want a pepperoni pretzel bite - I just want a regular pretzel. They also overcharge significantly: the listed menu price of one pretzel is 3.69 but at checkout my total was $5, paid with cash.
They charge double sales tax, this is totally illegal! Also, every time we have ever tried to order from here, they're out of pretzels. Are you @#$%& serious? Out of pretzels? This place sucks, we'll never go back here and will notify the municipality that the place is over-charging for tax. Class action lawsuit?
