Lady was so concerned with me confirming my DoorDash and verifying it in front of her and signing a receipt and doing my job rather than hers that she didn't put the customer's straw in the bag for their drink. Nobody else has me do all that from Monks. Just her.
Im gonna go out and say I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews and I've been here a few times and I've never been Disappointed always had what they needed and enjoyed nice warm pretzels
I sometimes come here to buy pretzels for lunch. I usually just get the plain ones. The others except for cinnamon and sugar don't come with a lot of seasonings on it. Be careful of buying stale pretzels. I had this happened to me once when I came too early. Coming around lunch time should be safe.
