I door dashed an order and was completely surprised. The plate looked 1/2 empty definitely not what I paid for. The vegetables were raw had hardly any steak and the noodles were dry and the potstickers were under cooked.

I was not impressed. I went and ordered the chicken parmesan. There was a minimal amount of cheese, marinara sauce and the chicken was old. I tried eating it, but just couldn't get through it as most of the noodles had no sauce. I returned to the counter and told the young man that this was not what I was expecting. I showed him the picture from the menu, on their website and he tried to say the internet pictures aren't really accurate. He said we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy and asked me did I want another one. I said yes and he did bring another one; but I didn't really like it. It just was not what I was expecting. So, I gave them a try. I do give them an "A" for effort, but the food,,, meh.Picture 1 - what's on the website; picture 2, 2nd order; picture 3 what I originally received.

Danville, VA is growing by leaps and bounds with the building of Caesars Hotel and Casino. There's construction of all sorts everywhere. One of this construction and now's fully operational is Noodles and Company. I was really excited in trying them out. Hey, I'm Asian and part of my DNA's noodles! Lol They're conveniently located in the Danville Mall parking lot. There's plenty of parking available. The dining area's not very big, but clean. Worry not, because there's also seating available outside. We opted to dine inside instead of a windy 40 degrees temperature outside. Lol Service is good. We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in. Everything on the menu sounded delicious but I decided on Pad Thai. I also ordered Potstickers. Don't expect a big portion. I finished all of it, so for me the portion's just the right amount. But for $7, can't really complain. The potstickers came in an order of 5. I can only eat one after I devoured my Pad Thai. So, the rest went home with me. All in all, I'm happy with my experience, so is my husband. We'll definitely go back.

This was the first time my wife and I ate here. Our s9n told us it was worthwhile, and he was right. First of all, the place is bright, clean, and inviting. There is outdoor seating, but we wete there at almost 9pm in 35-degree weather. It was a tough decision, but we decided to eat inside We were the only patrons thecentire time we were there except for some food to go people picking up deliveries. Everything they have on the walls for menus and most signage is all digital. It was easy on the eyes, so thumbs up to that. I had one of the zucchini noodle bowls with chicken. My wife had Pad Thai. We also both got orders of potsuckers. PRO TIP: If you get some noodles, a drink is $3. If you get a full meal with a drink and side, it's only $3.80 (80 cents more than a drink alone). Plus, you can get a cookie for a side I had the chicken soup as a side, and my wife had a big cookie. We both liked the soup and the cookie. They have one of the digital soda machines that has over a hundred options, which is nice. You eat in plastic bowls but with metal utensils. They leave a plate on your table to put your utensils on when done. There's a self-serve trash and utensil station at the exit. Everyone was very friendly, the food was good, and we will be going back. Recommended!!!!

Vegetarian options: You can leave the protein out of any dish if it comes with it , plus they have tofu you can add or impossible chicken.Dietary restrictions: There is gluten free penne and rice noodles and just let them know if you have allergies, they will make it separate in pan that hasn't been used with gluten noodles.Kid-friendliness: Quite a few kid items to choose from. And have kid menus to keep them busy while waiting on the food.Wheelchair accessibility: All the tables have chairs that can be moved out of the way, and the bathrooms have stalls large enough for a wheelchair.
