Went for lunch like we do almost every Sunday. I got a 13 ox ribeye med. It was rancid awful taste awful smell . I took 1 bite and the sour taste was awful. I let my family smell it and then no one could eat their food. The manger was nice but, I thought she would have taken the whole bill because it was that bad. The experience was terrible!

Bloomin Onion was delicious, fresh and had a very good flavor. The ribs where also good, split a whole rack with my wife and still had 1/3 of a rack to carry home as leftovers. The restaurant has replaced tables and chairs ib recent months, they change the look and where desperately needed, from a facilities stand point the biggest issue is cleanliness of at least the Mens restroom it needs a face lift/freshen up and the smell is always awful of urine.
Took over a hour to get the food. No fault of the server, but to not be kindly made aware of the delay was unacceptable. We didn’t even see a manager until after food arrived and they said they were taking care of the meal- the least they could have done as we were ready to pay what we had eaten (apps) and head home.

We did a take out order at Danville VA, of 6 grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, Fries, and Seasoned Vegetables, and bread. We got home and we didn’t have the Seasoned Vegetables nor bread. We called OB and they told us that when you order Seasoned Vegetables you get Broccoli because it wasn't offered anymore, but when we called to placed the order a different lady said Vegetables or Broccoli. The lady told my wife when she called to tell the that the order was incorrect she said to come and get the bread and she would give us a credit on our next order. Went back 40 miles round trip and all they gave us was bread. Every time.we go there it's something wrong. The date we made this order was on 7/28/2025, order # 155, at 6:11 PM, table # 933. Every time we go something is wrong.
