Papa John's has always been my favorite "franchise" pizza; even if it costs a little more. However, since moving to Danville, I'm not a fan. I typically pick up & the store is always freezing cold which makes the hot pizza freezing cold. The garlic butter is a solid brick that when you take it home, you have to thaw it out. And every time, the pizza is RAW & the bread sticks are RAW! The wings are undercooked & are tiny! I've called to complain & I've been told it was cold because I took too long to get to the store. I live 2 miles away & order online. As soon as it shows it's in the oven, I leave my house & I arrive before it says it's done. Management doesn't seem to concerned about complaints.

I don't know what happened to Papa John's. They used to be the best fast food chain pizza joint. Now, I would rather visit a family owed pizza joint. Trust me way better.

I come in at least twice a week, pizza is always great, the people who work there are usually friendly, but there is a cashier that is never friendly, huge attitude, and always treats everyone like them coming in is a problem to her. Beware if you go in, shes got long braids right now, and glasses, but her most recognizable characteristic is her snarl toward customers.

When I asked how long it would be after waiting for 25 min one girl ignored me so I asked for a refund. They first were trying to tell me no and that my pizza would be ready soon. I had to ask several times to give me a refund and the girl cursed at me while the manager is standing next to her. Her excuse was they are busy. Clearly which is why I waited 25 min, but when the girl looked at me and ignored me for asking how much longer it would be that’s plain rude and disrespectful.

Chewiest, undercooked thin crust pizza I’ve ever received. App notification that order was ready along with text. Order was not ready. Person in front upset her food delivery from Sonic was not her own. Wings also undercooked and several were almost meatless. I never expect much and expect fatty wings but expect more than I received for an expensive small meal. I’ve ordered here many times. Perhaps my last today.

The food was adequate, the store is nasty, and the customer service is horrific. I ordered over the phone and told them I had a coupon and how much it was for. When I pick it up the person seemingly doesn't know how to operate the cash register or enter a coupon. She just charges me whatever she likes. When I saw the receipt and returned to asked why I wasn't charged the price on coupon the hateful manager starts muttering under her breath with a nasty demeanor while she attempts to give me a refund. Then she proceeds to start telling me that I got a discount off the regular menu price (just not the price on the coupon that they mailed to me) and that I should be happy, before inevitably telling me to "get out ma sto". This is the most unprofessional staff and manager I have ever seen. The person who should be reprimanded is the hiring manager that hired this group of shady scumbags to run this business. I will never return.

Why does Papa Johns advertise specials when you go to place an order for the special you find out you have to spend $20 if you want to get the $12 advertised special? Sounds like a con game to me.

I ordered the crisp pepperoni pizza an it was not crispy an I only had 15 pepperonis on it. It was made on regular pizza dough.I was very upset an dissatisfied with overall service .
