Food was ok.service was ok I until they gave us the wrong soda which ok things happen. Called to get it fixed they said since it was a website problem it wasn't their problem....like what? Yes it's your problem if your store doesn't have what the website which we order through the papa johns website, has either 1 take it off or 2 let your customer know and fix it. Order a diet soda and they couldn't even give a diet replacement decided regular soda would be ok. Awful customer service awful management can't even accept responsibility for a mess up.

We help a bridge player appreciation day featuring Papa John's pizzas. We had 30 players and I ordered an extra couple of pizzas just in case. We got our 8 extra large pizzas, all perfectly prepared and beautiful. I wanted to make sure we had plenty of pizza and we consumed 7 of them. The remaining pizza was split up for some players to take home. Several of our players have never had Papa Johns. It's my favorite and now its theirs too. Every one loved that pizza day and the wonderful pizzas from Papa Johns. We got 3 The Works, 2 Garden Vegetable, 2 Pepperoni, and 1 Meat Lovers. I called the order in and it was ready on time and perfect.

These were the thinnest and the driest Papa bowls I've ever ordered from Papa Johns...and these were supposed to be with extra cheese. We had to put our own marinara sauce on because they were was so lacking. The manager was also rude. This is not a diss on the entire company ...just this location.

I placed an order that came up to $56 that would have been $29 online that was problem number one next problem I came in 15 minutes later and my food still wasn't ready as promised that was problem number 2 next issue was the worker lie to me and told me the food was made wrong but I watch them make it and put it in the oven after telling them out take the order that they had messed up so I had to wait another 15 minutes because they didn't have that one either I waited in the store for almost an hour on a Monday. Now I see why my family chooses pizza from Domino's
