Very kind and polite. However, photos of the cake that was desired was sent weeks ahead of time. The bakery stated that the idea was something they could do and to say that they did not deliver would be an understatement. We didn’t get at all what we asked for the cake was cute how ever you can tell it was very much just thrown together because again it nothing at all like what we asked for. Wish I could add photos
