I give no stars fir the disrespectful staff and customer service. After coming to this Popeyes the day it open in Danville. This is the worst one in the USA. Always a hour or more for wait, attitude for asking about food which remind people are using their hard earned money to purchase. After calling to speak with a manager tonight about 12 piece the had given me 6 breast, 1 thighs, 2 legs, and 3 wings. I had to call several times a young man finally answered the phone he informed me there is no manager , they left, and they are closing early to break down and clean. I have worked in customer service for 30 year, have not encountered such disrespect from these staff members. Corporate you need to go in and evaluate the staff you have in this restaurant.

Delicious, hot, fresh fried chicken, red beans and rice, biscuit with honey and Dt. Coke. The staff was so friendly, and very fast with our order. Restaurant and restrooms were very clean. Thank you!

They were very racist today I went in and let them know that the front door was locked they told me they could not serve me due to shortage of staff I am a black woman as I was coming out a Caucasian woman passed me and went in they gave her food and helped her I will be notifying the owners and I am here to let you know the popeyes on Riverside drive at 12:41pm I'm not aware of the manager name is a rainbow manager

Sunday, doors locked when I arrived at 12:10pm. People inside but the doors locked. Tried the drive thru and sat for 10 minutes behind 3 other cars then left. Never ever coming back to the location ever again. I have bought food inside before and it has always been slow. It seems they do not have anything ready until an order comes in. If you come here for lunch with limited time, it's not going to work out for you.

This Popeyes serves up the food exact. Nothing is overcooked. The food is perfect. I ordered the spicy chicken wrap today and it was amazing well worth what was paid.

Waited 30min in the drive thru then they put my fries in a sandwich bag and closed it so they were completely soggy. This food was better before when Sabrina was running management they failed ever since everytime I come food wrong undercooked or expired

Shootout to Kitiyiauna for her customer service and friendliness. From when I started ordering and then changed my order she remained calm patient and understanding. I greatly appreciate her and pray she continues to remain humble and blessed. She is the model of how young people should be excited to have a job and serve. Shoot not just young people but people in general when dealing with the public. She made my day even though I wasn't going through anything but it was just the niceness and consideration of me changing my mind that didn't make her angry but she remained patient says a lot.
