Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I purchased my food via the Popeyes website app on 2/16/26. When I received the food it had no taste at all! I returned the food and requested a refund! The associate stated the refund needed to be requested via the app!! Well Popeyes customer care team suck!! The food at this location is NASTY!! If you run out of the main batter why would you serve customers!! I want a refund or I will keep blasting!! Next step with be the BBB!!

These people that work in here are clearly scared of the little manager. She is rude has an attitude. Disrespectful and the food is trash. Corporate reach out.

Update: I wish Kadeidra was still here, today was awful service so unfortunately you lose the previous 5 stars but be thankful I didnt leave you with just 1. I accepted a DoorDash order here and it took way too long. I could have unaccepted the order and made the customer wait even longer but I didn't. I will be contacting DoorDash. Edit: another 20 mins waiting for food that should have been ready. No one ever tried to resolve the issue. This place just sucks. Free food wouldnt fix the problem at this point. I hate this place AND the chicken is already cooked under a heat lamp and still takes 20 minutes past PICK UP time. Do the workers know what pick up time means?

I placed an order online for 12 chicken tenders and an apple pie at 8:12pm for immediate pickup. It is 8:45 and I am still waiting on my food. This is not thr 1st time that I've come to this resturant and had to wait for more than 30 minutes for my order but it will be the last. Let me also say that when I placed the order I was across the street and there was one car in line. I went in to pick up my food 10 minutes later and still had to wait.
