On May 10, I personally went to Subway at Ballou Park to place a catering order for our church's Wednesday night dinner (more than 24 hours in advance). Patrick took my order. I told him I needed to pick up at 4:45pm on May 15. Left my name and cell number. I arrive at 4:45pm to pick up the order. I needed to be at church to serve by 5pm. NOTHING was ready. NO subs, NO veggie tray and NO boxes for the subs. Patrick said they don't make the catering order until you pick up (not true as I have catered from this Subway before and it was ready as expected. What is the point of ordering in advance for catering, if it is not ready when you expect it). I waited 30 minutes for them to prepare my order. The vegetables for the sandwiches were put in salad bowls - no tray. I contacted the manager, Jessica the next day. I asked what is the process for catering orders. She said 24 hour notice. Then she asked if I was the catering order from yesterday in a very rude, harsh tone of voice. She proceeded to tell me they did not take the order properly (implied it was my fault), did not know what kind of bread or cheese (note: I gave them my cell number - no calls). When I tried to explain my side, she very harshly said i was interrupting her and I needed to let her finish. She was not very customer oriented and not apologetic at all. I then talked to the person over her, Jessie. he was apologetic and offered to make my next catering order right and to contact him directly. I know in these times it is hard to get people to work. In public service, I was taught the "customer is always right" (even when they are wrong).

PAT at subway in Ballou Park is my dude! He was so accommodating to me and every other customer ive ever seen him interact with! I went in not knowing what I wanted cause Ive always gotten the buffalo chicken (which I mentioned to him wasn't the same when it's not already tossed in the sauce). Weird, I know, but people like what they like and he offered to do it for me without me even asking and I been going ever since. ALL the employees there (from the last 3 weeks) are super sweet ?

West Main Subway employees were beyond uncouth. If you can’t say a complete sentence without having 2 cuss words in each sentence, be quiet until the customers are gone.

THEY HIRE THE MOST GHETTO PEOPLE TO WORK HERE AND THE MANAGER ISNT ANY BETTER. I SEE EXACTLY WHY THEY WORK AT SUBWAY. THEIR ATTITUDES WILL NEVER GET THEM A BETTER PAYING JOB. PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Just wish they would learn to listen how I want my sandwich made. I paid for extra meat for a small side of it, the just take it upon themselves to put the extra side of meat in my sandwich that NO WHERE IN MY DIRECTIONS DID I TELL THEM TO OUT IT ON THE SANDWICH, THE SIDE OF PLAIN MEAT IS FOR MY DOG. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AT THIS LOCATION EITHER SO YOU CANT EVEN SPEAK YO SOMEONE SMH THIS IS RIDICULOUS, BUT TYPICAL FOR THE AREA

Came in the workers were in the back washing the dishes laughing and talking I waited 5 minutes or more still no one came out to acknowledge us there were no other customers in the store then the lady yells one minute and still didn’t come out then she came out with no professionalism at
