Ever since Subway changed the menu, I visited 3 different ones and all were not very good. The meats don’t taste the same, they cut out toppings, changed sauces and the bread is tough. Today was my last time. It’s not this location but the changes made to all have made the food worse ?

If I could give it less than one star I would. Horrible service. I placed order online. It wasn't even close to being ready when I got here. They haven't even made the bread! Wow. It's disgusting and dirty in here. It's been 43 minutes. STILL WAITING. Rude staff. I've only been here twice before and will never come back. Now I don't see the workers at all. Three potential customers came in and waited then walked out. I'm getting pretty angry at this point. Two others came in and they made their food, whilst staring in my face. Approaching the hour mark. I just want my money back at this point. As I was walking out the handle of the bag broke and the food fell on the floor. Perfect ending...

I got there at 9:25 and Mgr. Malika Wimbush said they were closing because they had been busy and needed to clean up. She was rude and had an attitude when I said the sign says they were open until 10pm, she should be fired.

My girl and I were at this Subway last week and had outstanding service from a very nice young lady (sorry I can't remember her name) Just left there today and had the same experience! Thanks and Biggups to Cory! He was working ALL ALONE at lunch time and did an excellent job! He was patient, kind, courteous and professional. We're so happy because we were at the Subway location in Ballou Park and frankly Everything sucked! The bread was ridiculously hard and the sandwich was literally just thrown together! The manager there had a terrible attitude and disposition! For those of you who don't know...the attitude of the one preparing your food makes a major difference on the outcome of your meal !!! Those working in Customer Service positions, "Do unto others..." You know the rest!

Ok so yesterday I went to Walmart and hadn't had lunch so I decided to get subway inside the store. The lady by the name of Tanya was very profitable and was willing to anmy questions without a nasty attitude. I'd recommend this location based on her! She fixed my sub to perfection . Who ever her boss is I hope you keep an eye out for reviews like this because she deserves to be rewarded for her outstanding job! She was the only one I seen working and she brought her A game. Thank you for treating me with respect and kindness because of you I will be back!
