Waited in line my choice, did not want to get out and go in, so ordered sweet tea, waited 8-9 minutes paid for it and took a sip before I drove off and it was unsweet tea! So had to circle around park and ended up going inside and making myself my own cup of sweet tea!

AGM- Kim on staff was very dismissive when asked if she could fill the drinks from the back due to the fountain drink dispenser in front lobby not working ,was told pretty aggressively they had no soda so my son threw away the cups

This Taco Bell is a bit of a letdown. The food is what you'd expect, but the service really brings the experience down. It was slow and could definitely use a lot of improvement. It’s a shame when the service overshadows the food.
I used to go to this one bc it was the best but recently everytime I go my order is wrong, the [evening] staff isn't rude but it's like they do NOT care even a little bit. If you have the option, the one is better on pineyforest road, no hate to taco bell though.

Tried to pick up a door dash order from here. When I went in and asked for the order, they told me it was still being made. I sat down to wait. One of the employees told the other there was a mobile order to do, to which he responded by cursing loudly and stomping off. All but the first then went outside and started taking a smoke break. Had to unassign the order, clearly it wasn't going to get made. Lost time and money.
