Typical danville shenanigans. Door dash a very simple order that the store gets wrong and leave off my cinnamon twists, no biggy I’ll just reorder and order some more stuff. Waste my time waiting just for the dasher to tell me at 1:10 they aren’t taking anymore door dash orders, placed the order at 12:20.. Online says they accept orders till 1:30.. wasted time. That’s how it is around here.

They are well-staffed late at night and open at the hours they say they are, unlikely the nearby Wendys which intermittently closes 30+ minutes early and McDonalds who closes for an hour each night at random times. I'm not a huge fan of the food but I'm giving 5 stars for the service and commitment to stay open at the hours they've posted.

This is the best Taco Bell. I always stop on my way from Onley to DC. They never mess up my order. It’s also the cleanest.

Poor management. Went at 1230am and was told that if we want nacho fries or chalupas we would have to wait 45 minutes for the fryers to heat up!! Or take a regular/Doritos taco in its place!

My wife and I get tacos and burritos from Taco Bell Riverside drive often but tonight my value pack dumped everything onto the ground all I simply did was hold it by the handle after calling Taco Bell the manager was rude and said he sorry but he couldn't do anything about it I insisted I did not want my money back I simply wanted to let them know that the box have been flipped open incorrectly or maybe it was a faulty box his attitude was once it left the premises it was not his problem I would suggest to Taco Bell don't put handles on your craving boxes if you don't intend for them to be carried with the handle and please let your managers know that disrespecting a customer does not make for good customer
