We went in and was promptly seated and waited on, our waitress was Shackia (sorry for the spelling) but she was such a blessing and one of the best! Our food was brought out quick and hot, we got several appetizers which was delicious and plan on going back soon, and the prices regardless as some say there around the same as other good restaurants

This is the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had at TXRH! As a former employee, I am appalled by the srrivce, food quality and management at this location. I waited over an hour and a half for my food, was not even approached by a manager, had to find one myself. They didn’t make the situation right, I had to TELL them what I was willing to pay for in trade for this absurd service!

Food was okay, Tater Skins a bit grease and salad had a lot of brown lettuce it.
Waitress let us set numerous times with no drink refills and we never received a bread roll refill.
Restraunt needs a very, very deep clean of the floor in the Dining Room, so I can only imagine what the Kitchen needs.

I must say the food did not disappoint. The service was less than friendly. Began with the young lady taking names. She was apparently frustrated because her machine was out of paper and was having difficulty loading. We had ask for one of the larger booths. When we were seated, we were given a small booth, when I mentioned we requested a larger booth, the manager seating us, stated there were none available, put down our silverware and bread and walked away. Within my visual field there were 4 larger booths. Next, our waitress came to take our drink order. We gave her our order, and placed an appetizer order. She brought our drinks, and 2 small plates. One was wet, the other had grease on it. The manager walked by, and I ask for a clean plate. Waitress returned with drinks and we placed our meal order. We immediately had our salads before our appetizer. Then came our meal, waitress sat down the plates and kept walking. The plates literally slid across the table. My husband had requested a well done steak, it was rare. He flagged down the waitress, ask to have it cooked a little more. She starred at it and said “ What’s wrong with it”. Then with a huff, took it back to the kitchen. After she returned it, we never had interaction with her until she brought the bill. Our table didn’t have a kiosk. Never offered refills or follow up on his steak. We paid and left. Didn’t say anything to the manager due to her attitude regarding the table. We will not be going back to the Danville location. Not nearly as welcoming as other TR’s.

one of the waitresses there changed a to on a credit card receipt to $100 for herself and they have said they would make it right and after weeks they still haven't. well since they haven't AND said they would which admits guilt then this waitress can soon expect to be arrested, hopefully in front of everyone, because they will be pursuing criminal charges.... Does Texas Roadhouse consume this type of behavior and just cover it up?

Service was extremely slow. Waited 20 minutes before anyone even approached the to go window. After waiting 30 minutes after my order should’ve been ready (received no text), I approached the window once more and received no service. I went inside, where the hostess requested a manager come up front (and they never showed up). The hostess finally is the one who got my to go order for me. Also ordered extra bread, which I did not get…but after what I had already experienced, I’ll suffer with the rock hard rolls I did receive.

My first time experience was October 19th the day after my birthday and I was very surprised and happy to have such a great waitress named Taylor she were awesome the service was great we plan to go back again and definitely will ask for her the food was wonderful the atmosphere was wonderful my birthday experience was awesome I recommend this restaurant for everyone I cannot say enough about Taylor she kept our drink glasses full and always had a basket of Rolls each time she came to the table... Thank you it was a wonderful experience?

I went in today around 1230. All the high schoolers at the host stand were extremely rude and unprofessional. Almost all of them where on their phones expect two of them. Finally one of the host girls Said how many and got us on the wait list we stood there without getting help for a couple of minutes and then we Was told the wait would be 15 minutes for a table of 2 saw a lot of tables go in front of.we waited about 30 minutes to get a table for Us. Our rolls were delicious Server crystal was amazing. However I wish managers would tell teenagers to get off the phone when someone is standing at the host stand… that’s my rant for today. Steak was amazing! And the load cheese fries amazing!

We had the worst waiter in the restaurant. We had to flag him down to ask for bread. Had to flag him down and ask for tea . But he was waiting on his other tables. He didn't even introduce himself. Been waiting 45 minutes still haven't gotten our food.

I ordered takeout after work. I was quoted 6:55 for the pick up time. I arrived at 7:05, and it still wasn’t ready. I was told, “The kitchen is backed up and we’ll text you when it’s ready.” I never received a text. I went back to the window at 7:40 and my food was cold and sitting in the window. Needless to say, I will never order takeout from here again.
