worst service and management possible

one of the waitresses there changed a to on a credit card receipt to $100 for herself and they have said they would make it right and after weeks they still haven't. well since they haven't AND said they would which admits guilt then this waitress can soon expect to be arrested, hopefully in front of everyone, because they will be pursuing criminal charges.... Does Texas Roadhouse consume this type of behavior and just cover it up?

Service was extremely slow. Waited 20 minutes before anyone even approached the to go window. After waiting 30 minutes after my order should’ve been ready (received no text), I approached the window once more and received no service. I went inside, where the hostess requested a manager come up front (and they never showed up). The hostess finally is the one who got my to go order for me. Also ordered extra bread, which I did not get…but after what I had already experienced, I’ll suffer with the rock hard rolls I did receive.

My first time experience was October 19th the day after my birthday and I was very surprised and happy to have such a great waitress named Taylor she were awesome the service was great we plan to go back again and definitely will ask for her the food was wonderful the atmosphere was wonderful my birthday experience was awesome I recommend this restaurant for everyone I cannot say enough about Taylor she kept our drink glasses full and always had a basket of Rolls each time she came to the table... Thank you it was a wonderful experience?

I went in today around 1230. All the high schoolers at the host stand were extremely rude and unprofessional. Almost all of them where on their phones expect two of them. Finally one of the host girls Said how many and got us on the wait list we stood there without getting help for a couple of minutes and then we Was told the wait would be 15 minutes for a table of 2 saw a lot of tables go in front of.we waited about 30 minutes to get a table for Us. Our rolls were delicious Server crystal was amazing. However I wish managers would tell teenagers to get off the phone when someone is standing at the host stand… that’s my rant for today. Steak was amazing! And the load cheese fries amazing!

We had the worst waiter in the restaurant. We had to flag him down to ask for bread. Had to flag him down and ask for tea . But he was waiting on his other tables. He didn't even introduce himself. Been waiting 45 minutes still haven't gotten our food.

I ordered takeout after work. I was quoted 6:55 for the pick up time. I arrived at 7:05, and it still wasn’t ready. I was told, “The kitchen is backed up and we’ll text you when it’s ready.” I never received a text. I went back to the window at 7:40 and my food was cold and sitting in the window. Needless to say, I will never order takeout from here again.

The service was awesome the atmosphere was great. However my food wasn't I asked for my steak to be well it was burnt and they had lemon on the side which I'm allergic to it. So I gave the waitress my food back to have them remake. So the food was remade but the shrimp was salty and the caesar salad wasn't good the lettuce was brown on the ends. I got up this morning with the worst stomachache. I felt funny after I ate. I don't think I will be going back this was my first time come to my hometown eating there wasn't good at all.

Service great the raw chicken that was served to us wasn’t. Managers got involved , took the chicken off our bill and gave us a free meal card. They didn’t take serving us raw chicken seriously at all. That is ridiculous.

I love TRH, this place was absolutely slammed when it first opened for good reason. The star of this place is the Ribs! The Ribs are more affordable than other places around, and yet the quality is 10/10 most days anyways, between my family and I ive probably ordered 20 racks of ribs since they opened. Only once or twice i felt like they were a little dry, but most of the time they are on point. Their ribs are so tender sometimes that after the shakes and bumps from the car ride home to Chatham the bones pull themselves out. The meat is so tender that i bet if you shook the container like a salad enough it would completely separate the meat and the bones for you to pick out. Everybody knows they have the best bread and butter in the area, my girl loves going here for the bread alone sometimes. The salmon here was good, but it didnt give me that wow factor i was hoping for. Its still really good, they cooked it properly and everything, Nothing the restaurant did wrong, just I almost wish they could add a bourbon bacon sauce to it or something to make it stand out more from the competition. The only real criticism I have on this place is the drive thru service. Last time i ordered, i waited at the Window for 5 minutes before the two ladies stopped talking and acknowledged my presence then when i got my food, they had serious looks on their faces with no smile and hit me with the "mhmmm bye." I think its important to re-emphasize the power of customer service and the impression it can leave on customers when they are thinking about coming back. That was the only thing that kept my recent visit from being 10/10 good job TRH, ill be back mowing down ribs on payday!

This is the worst Texas Roadhouse location I have ever been to. I was excited to hear it was coming to town, but I will not be going back. Ordered dinner this evening to go, was supposed to be ready at 615. I know they’re always late so I waited until that time to leave my house. Expecting a text by the time I got there. NOPE. Food was finally ready at 7 and I got a “sorry for your wait, we were waiting on the bread”…for 45 minutes? Take that excuse elsewhere. Then get home, and guess what. The bread is sure enough fresh but y’all done let the rest of the food get COLD. No thank you, not getting another dime of our money or minute of our time.
