their chicken quesadilla is the best quesadilla i’ve ever had. i’ve even used a celebration dinner taking maybe 6 of them home to eat for a few days.
the banana pudding is great too!

1st off food is ALWAYS AWESOME!!!!! CUDOS TO THE COOKS BEHIND CLOSED DOORS!!!!! On 9/21/25 we had a large feast that was served by NICK!!! He and staff deserve 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s!!! He was very busy and had staff under control even while training a cashier!!! The service and food was great!!!!! Fast forward to the morning of 9/22/25 9:30am. There were 3 cashiers standing around talking. I ordered the Chick & Hog Griddle. They gave us the one with toast. I asked for.the pancakes and it became a huge ordeal. The 3 of them had to call the manager. The lady manager came and charged me extra to fox their mistake!!! NOT happy. As we ate another customer had a issue with her breakfast. The issue athand there is alot.of talking amongst each other and NOT listening to what is being ordered. NOT a big deal to pay extra for the pancakes but really felt it should.have been taken care of because it was their mistake. That manager needs to break up the cheerleader group and have them pay attention. Her, herself also needs to learn a little more about customer service.

If you can imagine shopping for the literal worst-possible quality food you can find to serve to customers, the result of that is what they serve. Everything down to the condiments are the lowest of low quality. Chicken tenders aren’t edible, mozz sticks are worse than frozen wal-mart brand. My buddy ordered a burger and did not eat it. A previous experience I had a hot dog and it didn’t even resemble the definition. Horrible food, ok service but it I was the only person with an active order so the 6+ people there could’ve done much better. And to top it all off expect to pay 3x normal acceptable prices. DO NOT EAT HERE. Trust me.

Nacho supreme was chili no bean can for meat and a partial piece of a hamburger! The chips were so hard I thought I broke the plastic fork! Hot dog we ordered chili and cheese got to our room nothing on the hot dog! When trying to reach them they said that you can’t reach them by phone! We would have to go back down to the place in casino.

Processed chicken tenders , the Mac and cheese was similar to school food it was dried up no cheese on the top half just noodle lol . The fries were pretty greasy but edible ! Burger was mediocre I would never come back here and eat though .

The burgers were delicious and you get large sized portions, but they are expensive! Be prepared to spend $$$ on them; two burger combos totaled $48.65. But I definitely would order them again if I have the money to spare because they were soooo good.

Absolutely horrible room service experience. We waited well over an hour for the incorrect food order to be delivered to my room. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to speak with a manager, I had to file a complaint through the front desk.

To make matters worst, the manager had an entire side dialogue with another party while speaking to me after waiting for over 30 minutes to actually speak to someone at the restaurant.

This is the second time we've had an issue with our room service order. The Hotel Front Desk had to intervene to get our orders redone. Apparently the delivery staff gave our order to another room.

Tried just about everything on the menu and cant complain on anything I've tried. One time we had a little wait but everything was ok. Especially like the BLT chicken croissant and the nacho's. Also the wings were good and the flat-breads were a hit. Always friendly people at the counter.
