I was asked if the order was cash or card. When I said card they said that the card machines were down and that they were only accepting cash. Why ask the question? Why not just say that it is cash only?

This place is ridiculous, they serve you when they want to. I work 12 hr shifts a get off work at 5, it’s takes me 8 mins to pass by this Wendy’s and just about every time they not taking orders. Building full of employees and no1 working

I pulled up get me some lunch and the lady running drive Thur was out side smoking a joint and the smell of the weed made me want to gag smelld.like a dead skunk then i got my change back and money smell like a skunk and I was just give me back my money and I went somewhere else and on other accacions I went sat in Drive thru for like 10 min not other cars except one behind me and they was so slow to get to window the people behind me.left I'm sorry they all need to be fired that place.has gone down hill I'm not going back to that one ever again this one was on 58 east in Danville va ..no one wants food that smells like a dead skunk

This Wendy’s has been renovated and is much newer than the pictures show. The ladies at the drive-thru were incredibly sweet, our order was nice and hot as well as correct.

I try not to call out employees in reviews, but Q was one of the worst interactions I've had at a fast food restaurant in years. She barked unclear directions under her breath so you couldn't hear, despite their being no line behind us, exhibited 0 traits i'd expect in a customer facing position, charged us for an item we didn't order, didnt give us the right burgers that we ordered, and didn't apply the coupon we had from the app. I'm glad I'm not from the area, as I have no desire to return

The employees at this location are nasty, violent, scary people. Followed us to our car cussing us out because we asked for a refund after waiting over 20 minutes for our food. We were the only customers there at the time.

Should have turned around when I pulled in. Three employees out side doing whatever. Walk in to use bath room first before ordering and it was nasty. Get to counter and lady taking our order already had a look on her face like she didn’t want to be there. Then proceeds to have an attitude with my daughter bc she couldn’t hear her and told her she needed to speak up and after giving order she’s says whatever. Tells us the price and still looking hatful as ever with attitude. Wasn’t polite or professional we go to get our drinks and it was so nasty and drink or tea spilt everywhere. Finally get our food and go to sit and no tables was clean. The whole inside was nasty. Workers just standing or sitting around talking. Food was also warm not hot and fresh

I can’t lie. Customer service is very good but the food that they gave was cold.Now check this out I ordered A biggie bag large with no onions the burger had onions on it so that’s telling me it was already pre-made, wasn’t fresh the fries I couldn’t eat them. They was hard and cold like I say very good customer service

Host name from the ticket is TIPAULA, quite possibly the rudest person that I've encountered in that position. Slooow service, Luke warm food after a longish wait - 1 drive-through customer, and 1 inside (already eating). No excuses!
