Sometimes they take a little bit longer with your order, BUT they have never served me cold or stale food and I really appreciate that considering it's so common in the fast food industry. I know if I want a fresh tray of food that this Zaxby's will deliver. If there was a negative rating that's what I would rate this store 100%! This has to be the worst restaurant in Danville, VA!! They are ALWAYS out of something. If you order chicken finger plate.. they'll be out of chicken. If you order a large sweet tea.. They're out of sugar. Currently if you're about to order a Zensation Zalad (Zaxby's special) .. they ARE .. OUT.. of EGGROLLS.. and.. fried WONTONS. It doesn't matter what you order here, you will be pulled up to a parking spot. They tell you that after they take your money!! Zaxby's of Danville, VA y'all got to do better or y'all will end up like Golden Coral, Western Sizzling, Red Lobster... Closed Down!!

Would give a 1 star if I could they literally took forever to even take our order int he first place waited like 20 minutes customer service is absolute horrible

The last 3 times I've been there it's been around lunch time. Each time I've had to pull forward to one of the spots, even if there was no one behind me. Each time the food wasn't piping hot like one would expect as when they have you pull forward it usually means they have to finish cooking the food. Fries were on the cold side, the fries cheddar bites were over cooked and all the cheese had melted out of the coating. The duet coke I had was just sparkling water, the syrup flavoring had run out. I asked for a replacement and it tasted the same so obviously they didn't check the machine. Tomatoes were hideous and there was no mayo in the bun. I normally love Zaxby's food but this particular restaurant needs a little help.

Food is delicious but without fail I always have to pull into a spot and wait for my food along with basically everyone else who goes through the drive thru. I don’t remember one single time I’ve been handed my food at the actual window or seen another person in line handed their food at the window. Whoever manages this location really needs to work on getting food out in a timely manner.

Staff is very friendly, love to see proper hand washing taking place in any restaurant I go in so it was nice seeing the cashiers wash up after taking orders and before handing out food. All the food I received was fresh and in a timely manner. Definitely will be coming

Food is prepared well every time. Staff are always friendly. The on-going issue is something is always missing and you always have double check for Zax Sauce... even if you specifically pay for extra sauce, it will still be missing. From sauce to entree's, I have yet to drive through or go inside, and be able to walk out with a complete order. It sucks to know you have to unpack each bag and open every tray to verify everything and pack it all back up. Repeatedly happens at this location.

My husband and I decided to try Zaxbys for the first time ever. Maybe we should have chosen a different location. It took over 30 min to get our sandwiches. We watched an entire line of people BEHIND US receive their orders before us, and after that, we still waited over 20min! The food was meh, the fries weren’t seasoned or salted, they were “out of ketchup”?! And my husband’s sandwich was just bread and chicken, not what he actually ordered. It really was a terrible experience. I hope other locations are not this bad. We also witnessed the employees bickering, and the floor in their public dining room was so sticky I thought it was going to pull my shoes right off my feet. I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like. Definitely do not recommend this location.

Me and my wife went by the drive through and got the zaxby chicken sandwich and fries. The sandwich was cooked so much it was all crust. The fries were soggy. Called the manager and she things happened some time. Want be going back.
