They have indeed changed. When me & my friends ordered we asked for our cold beverage cups & were told that the cups will be provided when we receive our food. That's not ok because after getting food Of course I had to go & get my beverage when returning my food was not as warm welcoming. I like my fries hot thank you.

Went for a quick lunch earlier today, somehow I received a mcdouble that was halfway prepared. No ketchup, barely any onion and no bun on the bottom. Not surprised after the stories I've heard, however a completed sandwich would have been nice

They open at 5 almost every morning i stop at about 515 they are always telling us the latte machine is down, which i know is a lie. They roll in late after opening hours and just refuse to make a latte. This happens all the time. It’s frustrating and it causing loss of business.

The people who work here have always been vary friendly and the food is good, it can take a while to get served sometimes I believe mainly due to business.
Kid-friendliness: Vary kid friendly, you can often find a few running circles around the ordering area.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible but the door is heavy so it might be difficult for some to maneuver.

Stopped on the way back to Richmond towing a trailer. I hoped the drive-thru could accommodate my rig, it did, with no issues at all. I quickly ordered, providing my rewards code, and my food was almost ready. I had to wait for the Quarter Pounder, which was made fresh, and the fries were right out of the grease. I love this McDonald's; I do not get this kind of service and food quality when I dine in at my local Richmond area McDonald's. Hats off to the crew of Dillwyn McDonald; they Nailed it! The Best Drive and Dine Experience I can recall. Either the fries are cold and soggy or the burger is luke warm and aged; neither here, both were well On Point! Thank You!!! v/r, Dr. K. Twenty minutes. Received 1/2 order. Finally got second sandwich. Still waiting for my cup. Kiosk ordering is completely non functional. Customer service is non-existent.

This McDonald's is far better than most that ive been to. Very clean and the food is fresh. Great place to stop when your on the way to work or just traveling.

It's McDonald's do it's not all great to begin with. But this is one of the worse ones I been to. The store cleanness is just above taco bell. You pretty much all ways other then a very small amount need to ask for something special or you are getting really old food. And if they make a mistake it all most impossible to get them to fix it in a timely manner, and the will be nasty when doing so. That if you can get them to fix it at all.
