They was really nice and the cashier was great she was making jokes with my niece and she made the trip worth it now once we got to the second window today the skinny girls just threw the food out the window they wasn't as pleasant as the one girl that took the money I wish all employees were like her she made it where I'm going to actually do the survey there cause she actually deserves a good salary

I’ve never seen another McDonald’s that will only take 1 order at a time no matter how many people are in line. The last 2 times I’ve gone it has taken 45 minutes to get the food and then even longer to the right food. It looks to be fully staffed but there’s no management in place. The kids working there are trying but the lack of leadership and ever increasing prices will continue making this store a no go.

The food is made like no one cares. Most of the staff has an attitude towards their customers. They never put all the items that are ordered in the bag. Their mobile system is even worse. It seems like the whole staff should undergo another round of training. ESPECIALLY the managers. I will be going literally ANYWHERE else and I suggest anyone thinking on going. Just skip it. Not worth it.

I ordered a caramel frappe from the app arrived at the store and found out they had no frappe and said that I had to take a milkshake I did not want a milkshake I wanted to get a refund they would not refund due to the fact I used the app and used points so they forced me to take the milkshake so in my eyes I was ripped off

Compared to McDonalds where I'm from,this store deserves a 5+. Food was hot and fresh . Customer service was friendly.
Waited for 5-7 minutes someone to step out to take our order which was missing a burger. Staff were arguing among themselves. Manager on her cell phone. Overall poor customer service experience. Only one person (female) who was getting ready to leave, was pleasant enough and gave us our cups with ice as the machine in the lobby was broken.
