Over my last two visits, I’ve experienced treatment that felt dismissive and, frankly, concerning. During my first visit, I waited more than ten minutes to be acknowledged and served, even as the waitress made eye contact with me several times. During my most recent visit, I called multiple times to place a simple order with no answer.
