Super impressed with Nick and his work. The summer sausage is some of the best I've ever had. The bacon deer burger we definitely enjoy, we eat it all year long. Y'all definitely need to check him out, he has a wonderful operation going. I'll take all my deer to him for sure!!!!

Centra Virginia Custom Meats is by far the best butcher shop we have ever dealt with- personable, knowledgeable & the tastiest Venison EVER! He has worked up 5 deer for us & it is unmatched with other venison we have had in the past. We are so happy to have Nick in this area and appreciate his quality work and attention to detail. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Central Virginia Custom Meats. I took my deer in to be processed this passed season, and I must say, they did an outstanding job. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, treating me like a valued customer.

When I picked up the meat, it was clear they put a lot of care into the process. The cuts were perfect, and everything was vacuum-sealed and labeled neatly for easy storage. The wait took some time, but any business who is doing well is going to have a lot of customers! It was absolutely worth the wait for the quality of the final product. Oh... and did I mention, I cooked some up when I got home and boy oh boy was it good!

Customer service is out of this world and like no other. Nick has all the respect and patience with his customers and the animals they bring in.
