The prime rib and potatoes were delicious. I had never tried the fried rolls, They were good as well. This meal comes with the all season dining pass, which is great paired with your season pass and all season drink pass.

Among the three restaurants I tried in the park, this one seems to be the fancier option. The beef was decent but could have been more tender, still an improvement from 'Grain & Grill'. Surprisingly, the veggies, though not very attractive in appearance, were actually quite soft and passable. Portion sizes across all three park restaurants I tried were on the smaller side. If you're seeking more than just the usual chicken strips and fries, this place is a step up. Overall, it's a decent choice for park food.

Waited 20 min in line without moving because they were out of food. Lots of employees just standing around waiting for food to magically show up. No one cooking or explaining anything. So restaurant that doesn’t have food. It was a quiet day so not sure what they will do on a busy day.

The food was unseasoned and bland. The citrus glaze was congealed and sticky. Don't invite any of these "chefs" to the cookout-unless they're bringing the paper goods!

The food is amazing! A real culinary experience! Chef Denis Calliman designed the entire menu and his team makes everything from scratch! Our party of 8 sampled the entire menu! Our favs were the battered shrimp on a kabob, the roasted chicken that is ginormous, ALL the sides, and the fry bread is a party in your mouth! His knowledge of fair food, flare, and fun comes together for an adventure for your pallette! Also, the bartender Barbara makes the most delicious drinks in the park! The staff is friendly, professional, and you can tell, works as a family! We will definitely be back!We loved it and Chef Denis taught me a thing or 2 about my teenage goofball boys! Thank you for an amazing experience! Much love!Mrs. Sara

Outpost Cafe was updated this season to a new menu. Food is upscale for amusement park food. Sick of fast food come here. I've included photos of the food. Mac and cheese is better here than the Grain and Grill. My son thought the prime rib had a hint of corn beef flavor. The vegetable slaw is my favorite. My son who is a picky eater and doesn't try many new foods actually liked it. It reminds me of my broccoli salad flavor. The mango tomato salad has a strong flavor and is very good. They both are light and nice to eat when it's extremely hot and humid. I talked to Denis Callinan the executive chef. They are planning more upgrades to improve the parks choices. I know a lot of people would like upgrades such as; vegetarian, gluten free and airy free options. The restaurant has a comfortable temperature and isn't too cold like some of the other restaurants in the park. We will definitely come back to eat here.Vegetarian options: Only sides are vegetarian.

Really wanted to eat here as the menu sounded great, but when I got there there were so many flies flying around and walking on the meats that there was no way I was going to eat it. I don't know why they cant keep the food covered.
