Among the three restaurants I tried in the park, this one seems to be the fancier option. The beef was decent but could have been more tender, still an improvement from 'Grain & Grill'. Surprisingly, the veggies, though not very attractive in appearance, were actually quite soft and passable. Portion sizes across all three park restaurants I tried were on the smaller side. The food is amazing! A real culinary experience! Chef Denis Calliman designed the entire menu and his team makes everything from scratch! Our party of 8 sampled the entire menu! Our favs were the battered shrimp on a kabob, the roasted chicken that is ginormous, ALL the sides, and the fry bread is a party in your mouth!
