This was BY FAR the absolute BEST Bojangles we have ever been to! It was spotlessly clean, the food was hot and fresh, and the employees were super sweet. What a great start to the day!
To preface this, thank you Darrell (Assistant Manager)! Started off with issues ordering. Tried to use the app to order my food. Went through the drive thru and was told there was no order for me. The order never went through and charged me twice. I tried to work through the app to get my money back, no luck. I went into the restaurant to discuss the discussion further, was told that I would get my money back but it may take some time. Well at this point I was furious and lost...
The folks here in Dublin, VA got it going on in the line of a meal fit for a King, well, how about a Child of the King. I thank GOD for the extra effort and precision instilled into the employees here by the Assistant Manager.
Ya hungry getting quenched here today!
