“I ordered unsauced wings and a sausage and mushroom Papadilla. The delivery person, Paige, is wonderful and professional. The wings tasted delicious without any dipping sauce. Whoever put my order together didn’t read the stickers and gave me a meatball, pepperoni Papadilla instead of what I wanted.When I tried calling the store, all I got was a busy signal. When I called Paige, she promptly said she would make sure it would be remade.If all went right, I would have given 5 stars. Because of Paige, I gave 4, otherwise it would have been a lot less.“

“Radford sharkeys is fine everyone is friendly and service is great. However Blacksburg sharkeys is very poor service and they refused to serve me because I was told I didn’t leave enough of a tip which is illegal so stay away from Blacksburg sharkeys“

“There was an issue with the customization of our pizza on the site that honestly made it tough to make. (Be careful to review your toppings and sauce selections, I’m not sure who would ask for extra barbecue sauce on a pizza, but it definitely wasn’t my intention). The shift leader, Connor, was very kind and helpful to explain what had happened and to rectify the situation. It was the kind of customer service that makes you more likely to give someone more of your business than if everything had gone perfectly from the start. Thank you!“

There was only one employee working, but the food was hot, fresh, and everything about the order was correct, down to the side sauce choices. This one employee was able to make the food correctly while having multiple orders and get everything out in a timely manner!“

“last time we placed the order they didn’t let us know there was no cookie pizza available. I had ordered online. So we were a bit disappointed. But I gave it another go tonight and everything was perfect. They were pleasant on the phone confirming my online order, the order was prepared in a good amount of time, and everyone at the store was nice to talk to. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchair access, but if commuting and going in, just yourself, I'd recommend using curbside, where they bring it out to your vehicle, due to the door being kinda heavy / awkward and self-closing / spring loaded, so would make it difficult for wheelchairs to comfortably enter without the help of another person assisting you in entering this business“

“Would prefer to give this location at 4.5 because sometimes the pizza isn’t made with care and is all crust or is lacking cheese, etc. Overall, however, this location is our favorite in the area. The staff is mostly young people and they are always kind and courteous. This location seems to have a crew that gets along and banters together which I find refreshing. My wait times are always reasonable. Sometimes they have cookies for kids which my littles really enjoy. For a small building, there’s adequate outside seating but the lobby just has a couple of chairs to wait for your order to be made. The building looks new and fresh outside and the inside lobby and viewable kitchen are always super clean and inviting. We ordered last night and waited for it to be made which took less than 20 minutes. We were treating one of my children as the other is away and it was one of our best experiences so far with staff and the quality of products.
