Thought the place was being run by children when I first walked in, kids at the first table you see, another child at the counter I realized was working because she finally ask if I wanted to sit or order to go. I ask if they had cornbread after several minutes she went to the back and ask someone and came back said yes I ask how much was 1 piece, back she went to ask, back with price of 1.49 I thought hmm guess if it's home made and good. I'll pay that. Long story short, 30 mins later I get a small cupcake size of "cornbread" pretty sure it was jiffy mix wasn't sure it was cornbread at all because it was sooo sweet. Total cost $1.63 gave the child $2.03 Yelp she gives me 37 cents. SMH. Eventually she realized why she owed me 40 cents. Best of luck I don't see this place lasting long. JS

Came for the first time with family to try it out. Started out really great! Good atmosphere, nice staff, and it was very busy. Placed our order, got a variety of things to try out. Went and sat down to wait! Then we waited. And waited. And waited some more. There was a friendly couple sitting beside us, just a party of 2, who said they had been waiting an hour and a half for their food. Out of our party of 8, one person got their food about 20 minutes after ordering. The rest of us didn’t get our meal until we had been waiting an hour (yes we all ordered at the same time). When our food did finally come 1/2 was hot 1/2 was cold. Two people in our party ordered the wrap, which was missing the ranch that was supposed to come with it. When we asked for ranch we were told we had to pay extra for it. Regardless if the meal was missing it. Overall, I’ve heard good things about the place. I hope we just came on a night that was short staffed. Don’t think we’ll be back anytime soon.

I have only ever heard great things about this place from family and friends and today I decided I would give it a try and it’s 10/10 would recommend. Great staff and the music playing while you wait for the food just makes everything super comfortable and relaxing. Definitely will be going back!!

Wonderful space and friendly staff. Got the meatloaf plate and the philly roll app and onion rings. Not sure what grease is used but my stomach was sensitive. Cool place to hang will try again.

I ordered fried chicken breast, Mac n cheese, broccoli and cheese. My husband ordered fried pork chop with the same sides. We got cheese steak egg rolls appetizer. Overall, everything was good. Mac n cheese was a little too sweet for us, but loved everything else we ordered. I thought the prices were a little high.

The food is great WHEN they have it. The past 3 times my husband and I have went in just a little after 5:30pm they have not been able to serve us what we want on the menu. They say we are out of that for the evening. Chicken tenders?? Really?? So we will not be wasting our time anymore. So sad because this place has the potential to be a great restaurant!

Wonderful little establishment in town. The food is phenomenal. Good portions and reasonably priced for the quality and style of food. On par with Bluegrass for sure. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating, and clean bathrooms. I hope they stay open for the long haul! The mac n cheese must have crack in it, I could scarf an entire hot tray of it. The bbq chicken is fall off the bone good and the hush puppies were made perfectly.

way exceeds expectations. collard greens are out of this world ? as is tje fried chicken. was very pleasantly surprised to find this hidden gem. would post a picture of my plate but it disappeared before i thought about taking one! fatboy recommended and approved ?
