Dunkin is hit or miss for me. Ordering ahead does not make it faster, so you can’t be in a hurry — especially before work. I stopped going on my way to work because of the time constraints, even when I ordered ahead. I’ll still go when I’m not on a tight schedule. But the protein refreshers? Amazing! This visit they had my drink ready at pickup.
The two ladies working became overloaded with orders. I believe one of them seems new and perhaps should have another person helping out so the orders weren't stacking up and customers waiting. We waited 20 minutes to place an order and receive it. My order was two doughnuts and a frozen coffee. They were even out of large cups so I had to downsize. If you're along an interstate perhaps keep another person who is trained to work especially on a holiday weekend.
Great experience today (1/3/26 around 3:00 PM)! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. When I arrived, there was only one employee working, a woman with short red hair, who did an amazing job multitasking while staying positive and attentive. Shortly after, another employee arrived and immediately jumped in to help. He appeared very young and had brown hair. I’m including descriptions in hopes that management sees this review, because both of these employees are truly hard...
