Placed on order online at 5:58 a.m. for a 6:45 a.m. pickup. Arrived shortly before 6:45 a.m. to be told they "were working on it". Girl in the kitchen guess to the bathroom and reappears more than 10 minutes later. Finally got my order about 20 minutes after arriving. If I wouldn't have promised biscuits to my co-workers, I would have told them to forget it and refund my money.

Normally, I have no issues here, but today was horrible.

Always very friendly. They stay so busy during breakfast hours, but have never been impatient or rude. The food is great, and even though it takes a while to get through drive-thru, it's worth it!

I went here yesterday evening and it was like a completely different place. A new manager has taken over the restaurant. Everyone was pleasant to talk to and they were very fast. Very happy to see the changes that have been made.
