I go through Hardee’s almost every morning during the week. My visit this morning really surprised me. The coffee was so strong I couldn’t drink it. The girls said they were making fresh coffee and had me pull up but no way that coffee was fresh. I put 9 creamers in it and it didn’t help at all. I just threw it away. I tried the new cinnamon raisin biscuits and they were cold, hard and the icing wasn’t melted around them. It was sadly sitting as a blob on top. My egg that...
Placed on order online at 5:58 a.m. for a 6:45 a.m. pickup. Arrived shortly before 6:45 a.m. to be told they "were working on it". Girl in the kitchen guess to the bathroom and reappears more than 10 minutes later. Finally got my order about 20 minutes after arriving. If I wouldn't have promised biscuits to my co-workers, I would have told them to forget it and refund my money.

Always very friendly. They stay so busy during breakfast hours, but have never been impatient or rude. The food is great, and even though it takes a while to get through drive-thru, it's worth it!
