Ordering from a local restaurant last night was horrific I won't mention it. I left a bad review. Papa John's Dublin Virginia the best. From Barb who said Dylan had two people working and she told me she would deliver for me Kudos Barb thank you. The food was hot the food was good I will be back thank you
I was tempted to leave a negative review after an unsatisfactory 3rd order in a row and 2 different staff members being more than unpleasant. However there is one member of the team there that specifically always makes me feel like a valued customer and goes out of her way to make sure I am happy with my order and her name is Stephanie S. She’s fairly new there but does an amazing job. If not for her I would not go to this store again. Great job Stephanie. Your team mates should...
In the past this location has gone above and beyond. We drive a semi and they have hand delivered to us. Today, not so much. Tried ordering on app for delivery. At the end it says to switch to pickup. Switch to pick up and then it tells me not available to please call store. So call store and it just rings away. Disappointed, but hoping all is ok. Know emergencies can happen. Maybe next time.
