The Bánh mi sandwiches here are the best!
This place serves Indian, Filipino, and Vietnamese items. Service was great, food was delicious, overall a good place to grab a quick dessert and bite. We ordered a few items and it was all very good. Will definitely be back soon!
Absolutely love this 5T ICE Boba shop. They offer a great variety of snacks, boba drinks and ice creams. Everything is super delicious and freshly made. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places in the area, which makes it even better. The store is cute and welcoming and they even have an adorable photo booth setup that’s perfect for social media pictures. Highly recommend if you’re looking for good vibes, tasty drinks and fun little treats all in one spot.
Very clean area and they have nice badam tea. Milshakes are also amazingg!! Come visit!!!
Trust the other google reviews on here. I decided to try them after seeing an IG reel. It looked good and I was surprised the reviews online were so bad. And it's for good reason! I ordered the dumpling noodle soup and a drink. The soup smelled so odd, I couldn't stomach it. The dumplings tasted sour. I had one. I was going to try and salvage the noodles but everything smelled and look unappetizing that I ended up just throwing it all away. I was afraid of getting sick from the food. The drink tasted fine and was the only redeeming thing from this food exploration trip. Don't waste your time and money.
New ownership and unfortunately you can tell. We ordered a mango smoothie and coconut smoothie. Drinks were terrible and tossed shortly after leaving.
This was my second time trying this place. I don’t usually live in the area, but I recently moved back, and since my workplace is only five minutes away, I decided to stop by. I ordered the Suong Sao Hat Luu, a traditional Vietnamese dessert drink. However, when I took a sip, it tasted like sour yogurt instead of the creamy and sweet flavor it’s supposed to have (I’m Vietnamese, so I’m very familiar with how it should taste). It didn’t seem right at all, so I went back to let the staff know.
The girl at the counter was polite and offered to make me a new drink. Instead of ordering the same one again—since I was worried that one of the ingredients might have been expired—I chose something else. Unfortunately, the new drink wasn’t sealed properly. I saw her take it out of the sealing machine, notice something was wrong, but still hand it to me. It wasn’t a huge issue since she was kind enough to replace my original drink, but it stood out to me.
On a side note, this may come across the wrong way, but if you look through recent reviews, you’ll see the store is under new ownership. I don’t believe the current owners are Vietnamese, and that might explain why the taste and quality don’t feel authentic. Since Vietnamese culture and flavors are so tied to the food and drinks, this can affect the overall experience for customers.
Superior friendly, new owners, and had a delicious mango smoothie, I recommend this place anytime you’re in the area
I've been a loyal customer of 5T Ice since their early days when they were near Costco, but my recent visit was incredibly disappointing. I ordered the halo-halo, and it was mostly ice and milk with barely any of the traditional ingredients that make it special. The sate dumplings arrived lukewarm and were overwhelmingly salty. As for the taho, the boba was clumped together and hard, with noticeably less tofu and syrup than usual. Sadly, the quality has dropped, and I won’t be returning.
Stopped by today, it is no longer Vietnamese snack place. I got vietnamese coffee: not Vietnamese coffee at all, so sweet. They put something in coffee, may be milk power

Why keep the store open when half the menu items aren't available? No halo halo, tandoori chicken, duck, lychee jelly, buns, noodles, dumplings, spring rolls, you name it. I had to list out 10+ different items just to find something off the menu that they were still serving. I've never had to wait over half an hour just for a banh mi and fruit tea. There was only one couple waiting for their to-go order who came in 10 minutes after I ordered yet they got their food/drink before I did. It took forever just to get the sandwich to come out and they didn't even toast the bun which I don't get what caused the hold up on that when it takes only a few minutes to slap toppings on. It took 20 minutes just for the fruit tea to come out which only takes a few minutes to make. The worker apologized about the wait and made an excuse that there were so many orders while we were the only customers ordering when the restaurant was dead. The tables and everything else inside are also really dirty. The fruit tea tastes like sugar water, the dessert was just a bunch of artificial canned jelly and milk, and the sandwich definitely used bad meat that was sitting out. There was not a single item that was good and definitely not worth the wait. The sandwich also gave my dad food poisoning.
Used to be really nice authentic viet snacks, now it's some bastardized hybrid bland unappetizing food pretending to be east asian
**NEW OWNERSHIP** Banh Mi was bland, with an overly game-y pate. The bread was way over toasted and took twice as long as promised. Boba tea is made with a mix
New owners. Was so happy the food was not only just as good before but even better with the addition of Indian selections in addition to Vietnamese. Bahn mi’s are great and can’t wait to try the tandoori version which has been sold out each time I have visited.
So many things have changed since the last couple of weeks. There’s more light coming inside the store now, definitely brighter than previous. Added so many new stuff to the menu.
Can’t wait to visit again.
