I had a great experience at Arby’s! The person who took my order Lorena Flores, was absolutely wonderful—friendly, patient, and made sure everything was just right. The service made me feel welcomed and appreciated. On top of that, the food was amazing—fresh, hot, and delicious. It’s rare to find such great service and food at the same time in a fast food place. I’ll definitely be coming back

I don't know what it is about this place, but their service is SLOW! And I'm not writing this based on one visit. The last two times I came through here, it was the same thing. But rhat time I actually ordered from the counter. The other visit was for a pick-up order, and I still had to wait another 10 minutes beyond the time it was supposed to be ready. And it wasn't busy on any of the 3 visits. There's just no sense of urgency in the staff. Strike three, and they're out. I'm never coming back to this location.

EVERY time I visit this location, I speak clearly, and precisely. Yet, when I request something, I am met with a "yes" in broken English. When I receive my order I drive away to wherever I'm heading. Only after arriving I notice my order is completely incorrect, and opposite of what I said/ ordered. So WHY, is it so difficult to ask for clarification if unsure?? Or the employees simply don't give a damn.

It was a bad experience with today’s order. Placed an online order and chose to pick it up at 8:30 pm. When we went there they told us that the printer didn’t print the order, so we had to wait. You can see the type of bun that we got for the roast beef. The curly fries were all broken into small pieces. I don’t think I will be visiting this branch again, unless I am dining in there to tell them what to get and what not.
