Usually nice staff, I'll stop by on the way home from work 1 or 2 times a month but recently they all start yelling at each other in a different language when I get to the window and they hand me the food very abruptly. It's not the most inviting scenario.I don't have to say much, just look at the photo of the Cheesesteak I got tonight - after a couple of bites with this thing completely dripping everywhere on me (bread was soaking wet) I opened it up and saw I was eating little cut-outs of meat. Ridiculous. For $13 let's do better and stop hollering it's scary.

I tried to mention to the manager about how disappointing it is when they forget the dip for the french dip but I was told he was too busy to come to the phone. I'm a frequent customer so I guess I'll have to be too busy to eat here!
