Super spacious and very quiet, even when the rest of the lounges are packed to the gills. Food and beverage offerings are on par with a centurion lounge. They even have elemis soaps and lotions in the bathroom which is always a win in my boat

IDK why this place has such a low rating.

The staff has been nothing short of excellent. From the person at reception (with an authentic accent) who greets you on entry to the quick to clear vacated seats staff, they all did it with a smile.

Sure, the food isn't anything to write home about, but a place is defined by the people. Moreso by the people working there and how they handle the occasional entitled Philistine sitting down demanding things.

Flew first class with British Air 2 days ago. Started with 2 bags. One bag is lost and for some reason was sent to the wrong country. The other bag was just delivered — but for the fact that it’s for some other passenger who is female and her name is not even close to mine. In 2 days no progress , each time I call no update no commitment, and no single person seems to care to date. This is second time this year, first time it took 2 weeks now unclear as I have to stay put in Washington until they find any news.

Lounge isn’t big but functional.. Good food choices and plenty of drinks to choose from
Plus some dessert like cookies, cheesecake pudding... Service is good especially the front desk lady who is very friendly and cheerful!

I loved it. It's worth noting that the Lounge has been completely refurbished and just reopened, and I like what they have done. It's a long, skinny type layout, so half the lounge looks over the interior gate area where the trains are, it's absolutely a decent sight for those that pick seating on this side. The other side looks over the jetway area to the main terminal, also a great view. Seating was comfortable, good working areas for laptops, and electrical outlets. Typical top notch food and drink. Highly recommended.

This lounge is truly a gem. It offers stunning views of the concourse and the gates hallway. Since we were flying Qatar Airways, a member of the One World alliance, we decided to skip the Turkish Airlines lounge that we were initially directed to and check this one out instead. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed at the entrance and received courteous service throughout our visit.

The lounge features an impressive selection of food and beverages. I particularly enjoyed the salads and the cauliflower soup. However, the English egg salad sandwich was a bit disappointing, as the bread was dry. On the bright side, the coffee and the deserts was exceptional.

We were fortunate that the lounge was almost empty, which allowed us to relax in the living room-style seating. I hope to return in the future.

Absolutely horrendous lounge experience! BA lounge closed which should be reflected on Google as says it is open. Told that we could use Lufthansa lounge. Actually, not 100% accurate given they shove you to a different cramped room. BA shouldn’t have bothered and if you have paid good dollars for a ticket or to achieve status with one world alliance it’s unacceptable! Photos show the room provided for BA and the stairs to the actual lounge downstairs for Lufthansa only. No food really and no coffee that I could find.

Don’t allow domestic passengers in regardless of status, violating the OneWorld lounge access rules.

This lounge doesn’t follow the OneWorld rules. If you’re flying domestically it doesn’t matter what status you have, they won’t let you in.

The food quality can vary from excellent to poor depending on the day, but the variety is almost always subpar for a business class lounge. There's usually only one or two mains on the buffet alongside salads and some vegetable options. You can order burgers/drinks to your table from your phone, but the system is unreliable at best. I've also never seen the showers have any availability in the evenings. Iberia, Aer Lingus, and BA all use this lounge so it can get pretty busy in the evenings as their flights are all departing. If you have OneWorld status but also have a credit card with a dedicated lounge it may be worth going there instead.

An excellent experience in the new first class dining area. The food was great with a good selection of light dishes to still leave room for meals onboard your flight. Plenty of drinks that just kept on flowing. Betty was wonderful and a real credit to British always with her service with a smile.

Very good although some of it was reserved for the Arsenal Women's football team.

The lounge got cleared out after a flight left and there is a staff member blaring videos on their phone. So it’s British pop on the speaker, and loud trap music attempting to drown that out.
Food is good. Service is good. It’s clean. Staff we encountered were pleasant and friendly.
