Filthy, disgusting place. Hair came out of the iced tea dispenser, soda dispenser sprayed all over when pressed, flies EVERYWHERE. Every surface is sticky and filthy, ketchup dispenser gave out lumpy ketchup. This isn't fine dining of course, but I've seen less than half dozen fast food places as gross as this one in nearly 40 years of travels.

Wish I had gotten the double. The burger tasted great but there seemed to be more bun than meat. It has been awhile since I have been to a burger king, there are none near where I live. So compared to where I normally grab burgers the patty seemed thin.

Made a mobile order for in-store pickup. The store located in between the Exxon gas station and the Country Inn & Suites. There were parking lots free of charge. Arrived after the time of promise, and the order was packed in bag already. The cold beverages were offered by the dispenser machine. The Whopper meals came with drink and fries.

I honestly feel like I’m dealing with a team that lacks basic customer service at this location.
The other day, I ordered a vanilla ice cream cone, and there was barely any ice cream in it. I politely asked the staff member to add more, and she refused—until the manager had to step in and tell her to do it. That experience left me disappointed.
Today, I gave it another try and asked for my cone to be wrapped with a paper napkin before it was handed to me. The staff member ignored my request, then sarcastically said, “That’s why there’s a wrapper on it”—all while the ice cream was already melting and dripping everywhere.
To make it worse, he handled it without gloves, and I was expected to take a cone that was sticky and already a mess. This level of service is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this seriously, because customers deserve better.

I have ordered from them 2x through DoorDash. Both times there were issues. Firstly, both orders were somehow picked up by other drivers. Both times I had to wait for another driver to pick up. Secondly, each time there was a missing or incorrect item. The first time they misplaced my onion rings with fries and gave me the wrong drink. The second time my coffee was missing, my sauce was missing and the jalapeño I added to the order was not put on. I will not be ordering from them again. They clearly demonstrated they do not pay attention. Both by handing the order to whoever walks in and secondly by not correctly processing the order
