Cafesano was a letdown. I ordered a few different things, and honestly, nothing stood out except the hummus. That was the only thing I actually enjoyed. Wouldn’t go back for a full meal.

The place is beautiful inside. That's about it. Service is nonexistent. Three cooks, 3 cashiers, one server. I waited 45 minutes for a to go order that was placed 15 minutes prior. So an hour turnaround for a mediocre pizza. Definitely won't be going back. Shame because the Reston location is 15 minutes further away, I'll just drive there instead.

One of the easiest 5 star ratings you’ll ever give. The food is fresh and flavorful with wonderful ingredients. Tzaziki is AMAZING. Portion was a great size. And all for under $20 and that was with a drink! I’ll definitely be back

Baklava was OK. I just got humus to go with it because I didn't want to spend alot and it was pretty good, not like what you get in a grocery store.

Manager on duty was rude. Asked for sauce on the side was never told I had to pay for a tiny sauce after I got my food and was still waiting, I went up to the worker who said he would bring it right out. I sat back down just to have him come to me and say the manager said you need to pay for it and had me get back in line to pay for it. First time Here and not a pleasant experience will not be coming back.

the food and atmosphere is so great. i truly love coming here for any occasion. it's great for a lunch spot with friends, brunch, studying or quiet time, solo date. it's super cozy and love the ambiance. it's so close to everything as well and a really great alternative to other "fast food" options. this place gives more of a cafe vibe than your average to go or sit down spot.

Reliably good Mediterranean food, pleasant atmosphere. Staff sometimes has difficulty understanding and adapting orders for dietary needs, but is agreeable if the customer is willing to repeat/ explain. Some entrees are a little expensive for what you get. Delicious hummus.

Ordered the shrimp kabob with the rice and flat bread and honestly I waited too long for the food to taste so poorly. But it is what it is I don't recommend going for that food but I do like the place so far

Food was just alright. Came out relatively fast but one person's food in our group that ordered before me and was just a salad took forever to get to him. It was also very warm inside the place, might be great in the winter but it was over 80 degrees inside the restaurant.
