It's really good. I personally love chick fil a but this is the good! I love the employees they are so nice and the wait for the food is not to bad. I always crave it on Sundays but usually get it on Saturday! But please go here it's amazing!!!

9/26/22 On my way home, I felt I was getting hungry. The large traffic jams hopefully has settled down now...I can hope. The smells of other restaurants cooking food was delicious, but Chick Fill-A's chicken smell cut through all the other wonderful aromas. I was greeted by a young high school kid who loves his wavy hair. God forbid it gets cut. Ahhh to be a high school teenager again...but I digress. I ordered a number one with no pickles with two slices of cheese. Colby Jack Cheese and American. I love cheese, so I doubt I could give up dairy products. I ordered one more chicken sandwich the same way for breakfast incase I don't eat it tonight. I waited for a few minutes for my order to be ready. Whole waiting I saw teens with crop tops on, skinny Jean's for men and women. Ridicule hair dues that make me think of Stanger Things. Last of all, teen wearing pj pants and short shorts with the buttcheeks showing. Thoughts of what my parents or some parents would say tan through my mind. The same thing they might say or think when they have kids. It's a vicious cycle, but I digress again. My food arrived and I dig in for the hot fries. Yes, I like them hot fries. My order was supposed to be large fries with the large drink, but the young kid made a mistake. He apologized, but it's cool. He did me a favor anyhow. My fatass doesn't need the extra potatoes. The food is delicious and I even got a large fruit cup for dessert. Everything is fine. Now it's time for my encredibale journey home. The food I'd hot and delicious. The way it should be.

I always enjoy eating at Chick fil A. Today my kids and I decided to eat at the one located at Dulles Mall Sterling. I got the Spicy SouthWest Salad with Chicken nuggets instead of the regular one but I was very disappointed to see that it barely came with chicken nuggets, the quality of the lettuce, in general the salad was very bad. I don't even going to start with some of the employees actitud. Maybe it's that I'm so used to them being so friendly and enthusiastic at my regular store at Leesburg.

On any given day, I typically give silent, posthumous thanks to S. Truett Kathy for the ability to funnel my money into one of these locations. Never have I had the need to present a negative review, until now. This is certainly not the well oiled machine I usually see replicated at every other location I've been to. The order taker failed to customize my order and read it back, leading to me catching the issue at the drive up window. I parked as requested, 10 minutes later I had to give in to the curiosity that was building in me. The gent at the counter was awesome at fielding the situation and finding a solution with a sense of urgency about it, which is appreciated. Eventually I was able to get on with my day, albeit that I should have ate inside at this point.

They claim to be a "Christian" business but their words and actions don't line up. Especially when it comes to their employees. I am personally boycotting them. Their food is average at best anyway and overpriced.

Horrible experience. Cashier rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her for asking for a single sauce. Total opposite of any chick- fil- a I’ve ever been to. Once a lively line of moms & young ones , the chick fil at the mall, is now a sad dreary experience! ?
