Crazy experience!!! If you double charge a person for guacamole and they bring it to your attention after you JUST MADE THE BOWL, don’t belittle your customers like they’re lying!! You made a mistake, not me, I don’t usually check my receipt but I’m glad I did! Never again at this location. Just rude and condescending. Anyways CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. I won’t be back. Oh and my brown rice isn’t cooked all the way through. Disappointing.

Excellent customer service!

Spent $15 of a al pasto chicken bowl and received less than 8 pieces of chicken. Bowl barely filled to the line. Choose other chipotles this location does not serve proper portions

I don’t usually leave reviews because it is what it is. However, the bad hygiene and food prep I have seen (multiple visits)will lead me to the further chipotle. I couldn't even order after I walked in.

Worst experience rude manager she was being mean with the cashier they took 10 min to charge fr my food I told them that i just want chiken and they give me beef

This chipotle is consistently stingy with protein proportions. I’ve had a lot of chipotles. The management may be at fault here instructing the employees. They will scoop meat and then either shake some off the spoon or deliberately push some off the spoon.

They give extremely small portions. Whether you order on the app or in person, they consistently give very little portions. Even when I ask for a little more chicken, they quite literally only give one or two pieces of the cut up chicken.

Wow $14 for a carne asade bowl and they give you dry old burn steak that I can barely chew
Of course they probably kept this for the mobile orders so people won’t know it’s garbage until they get home or back to work

This has to be the worst chipotle in the DMV. no matter what time you go the food taste like it’s been out all day. Only come here if you like to wait a long time for a tiny scoop of stale dry meats served with an attitude.
