They move fast here. Ordering my food felt like being a worker in a pit stop for Nascar. If in competition against chic fil a across the street I'd say, tie. Espeedy Gonzale would be proud 👏 #apurate

I was suppose to get my free Guacamole for my birthday. I didn't. Instead I got this in my food. Idk what it is. It looks and feels like a sliver of wood. I tried to call nobody answered. I tried to chat online I got a bot. This was 19 dollars for my lunch.

I dont know what happened but this place gives out the smallest portion. They gave one small spoonful of chicken which usually needs at least another scoop. I asked if I can get a little more and they immediately said ill have to pay double, obviously I refused and then they reluctantly added 2 more pieces of chicken what a joke.

This evening, at approximately 8:45 PM, we visited the location expecting to enjoy our dinner. Instead, we found a hair in the food—and even worse, encountered an unacceptable, dismissive attitude from the manager.

On August 11th, around 5:46 PM, I visited your Chipotle located at 22000 Dulles Retail Plaza, Ashburn, VA to purchase dinner. I was greeted by an employee who initially seemed pleasant. I placed my order: white rice, double chicken, corn, cheese, and lettuce. She made the bowl perfect. When I got to the next server NOt the cashier, I requested three salad dressings, clearly stating that I was willing to pay for the extra.
Maria (whose photo is attached) immediately responded, “No.” When I reiterated that I was willing to pay for the additional dressing, she raised her voice and said, “No, that’s not allowed.” I asked how that could be the case if I was offering to purchase it, and she replied, “Not at this location.”
As a former Chipotle employee and frequent customer, I am familiar with your service standards, and this interaction was both unprofessional and upsetting. Maria then began speaking in Spanish to another worker, and they laughed directly at me. I also heard her make a racially charged comment referencing me being Black.
At that point, I stated I no longer wanted the bowl if it could not be prepared as requested. I left feeling humiliated, denied service, and ridiculed over what amounted to a single extra salad dressing — something far less costly than discarding an entire meal.
As a single mother of a Cerebral palsy child I just wanted my food the way I ordered it. This was an unacceptable experience that not only violated customer service expectations but also made me feel targeted based on my race. I request that this matter be investigated promptly and that appropriate action be taken regarding the employee’s conduct. Additionally, I would like clarification on Chipotle’s policy regarding “extra ingredients” when the customer insists on paying to enjoy there meal.

Small portions. The smallest I've ever seen. Rude employees throwing your food around and scooping stuff you didn't ask for with an attitude. Trying to ring you up before you are next in line. There was only two of us there so there's no reason to be moving like that

Was out of rice so she scraped the tiniest bit and a pinch of meat, wasn’t normal so I asked for LITTLE more and this lady put a whole scoop of rice and another tiny pinch of meat. Straight rice burrito, Sent it back.
