Nice store! They packed my bowl! And spoke good English! In my world that matters! Will be back! Oh and the Adobe ranch is not that great with chips, just try it on your burrito or quesadilla

Was out of rice so she scraped the tiniest bit and a pinch of meat, wasn’t normal so I asked for LITTLE more and this lady put a whole scoop of rice and another tiny pinch of meat. Straight rice burrito, Sent it back.

The smallest portions of any chipotle I have ever been to! The people are nice but the portions are small!

The food was good as usual, you know what to expect at a chipotle. My only beef with this this visit is that the lady making the bowls made a mistake in one of the orders, so her immediate reaction was to throw away the bowl filled with perfectly good fresh food and began starting a brand new one. I looked at that bowl that she threw away and told myself I’m going to order the same exact ingredients, and she went and just threw that one away. It gave me a wrong feeling. I wish you would’ve asked. I would’ve told her I would’ve taken it, but by the time I realized she had thrown it away it was too late. We were all surprised, including one of the employees in the back she didn’t seem to care at all, as a matter fact, she was very passive and gave me weird Looks as she was creating my bowl, with the same exact ingredients of the one that she had just thrown away. I’m sorry, but there are people dying of starvation in war right now, and you are just throwing away perfectly good food shamelessly without remorse. Not a good look for the franchise owner, not a good look for chipotle as a whole.

I usually don't do good reviews but this chipotle location deserve one, i go to this location 3 times a week, their costumer service always great ( smiles) , lines move quick, and fresh and good food!!! Always delicious!!! Thanks chipotle

I decided to have a quick meal before going to gym and never coming to this chipotle again. Rude servers. Charged me for steak bowl with extra steak when I order a veggie bowl and when I told the cashier no apology just rudeness and threw the receipt at me.

Dirty at a not busy time. Team seemed annoyed they had to do build bowls. Had no issues, just normal order, no line.

My boyfriend was charged 15 dollars for cheese on a tortilla and I was charged 15 for a small bowl of chicken and cheese. This is ridiculous that they don’t offer a different price for people who are getting close to nothing in their order due to dietary restrictions. Also the staff was just rude when we tried to ask them a question about it.

Dietary restrictions: They have no compassion for people with dietary restrictions. They laughed at our requests when ordering which was very insensitive.

I'm leaving this negative review so that this store can improve. I ordered a chicken burrito with no beans, but they put so much black beans in it that it tasted like bean burrito. Also, like many have mentioned in the reviews there were hardly any chicken in it. This place is going to lose lots of customers and many are not going to return if they continue to do this.

I actually haven't eaten the food yet, but I'm pretty appalled at the customer experience I just had. I felt like a commodity, not a customer, y'all have taken "efficiency" too far, 1. There were no signs showing where to order, so I stood in the wrong place while 3 more costumers cane in the door and got in line in front of me, was never asked if I needed help, just ignored me till I asked where we're supposed to order.

2. I finally made my order and I was ZIPPED through the assembly line and had questions mumbled at me where I had to repeatedly ask what was said.
3. When I was given my meal, I was basically shooed or the door, and I said I need a receipt, and she started flatly "in the bag" and shooed some more.....

Maybe some folks like this atmosphere, not me, I prefer a personal touch, it's expensive to eat out, and I expect better treatment if I'm going t to spend my money there..... I will not be returning.

They served meat that has a lot of fat.

Last week I went to this location got a bowl was amazed on how little chicken they put in my bowl I literally counted about 6 small peaces of chicken . Today I go to the place again and see it happen all over again . I’m not gonna pull out my phone and record like all these people on the internet but what’s going on with this . I mean my lunch cost $18 everytime why am I getting so little and based on these reviews why aren’t the managers doing anything about it .
